MMC Hospital

I love this hospital and i came here again because i am checking my blood results as related to my blood cancer. Thank to dr. Wulyo Rajabto spPD KHOM who always been cooperative with me.

Based on my own experiences, I could say this is one of the best hospitals in Jakarta. The IGD (ER) team was fast and efficient, the anesthesia doctor succed on sticking the infusion on me on one attempt only (most other hospitals need more time), the administration for hospital stay was pretty fast and the people were very attentive.

I was then tested for covid 19 (which is a standard procedure) and brought to transit room which was pretty pleasant. And after the pcr result came out few hours after, I was brought straight to my room. The VIP room was really pleasant, it has a sofa bed for one people who accompany the patient, water dispenser, automatic room divider, big toilet, and a big smart TV including netflix lol. It almost felt like a hotel actually.

The doctors are very patient, attentive, and informative. Prof.Jusuf Misbach, Dr.Indah and nurse Ermy from Neurological Center, Dr.Feriadi Suwarna. SpPD for Internist, Dr. Ika Wulan Yuliani, SpPD-KR for joints, Prof.Retno for skin, Dr.Daniel for health & wellness, all of them are very competent on their field and very attentive to the patients.

The nurse on the 8th floor were also very attentive and helpful. Nurse Nelly and Shifa who were always very caring to the patients, they almost always count the hours when the infusion needs to be replaced, especially at night, and they came in to replace it, before the infusion machine make noises, just to make sure I got a good night sleep. (The infusion machine always give warning and make noises when it is empty or whenever there are something wrong with your infusion). Also nurse ayu (two person with the name Ayu 😆), nurse Kiki who was pregnant but still work hard and helpful, nurse Desy, and many more. My thank you to their services, patience, and care, while I was there.

Even the bedsheet changing team, and cleaning service were very polite and helpful, miss April and Silvi even still remember me and said hello when I came back for check up last month. They worked fast, too. And the in-house nutritionist was very attentive and responsive when I note some menu changes that I need, according to my diet.

Yes, the payment process, especially when we use insurance took longer time, but I understand that was because the insurance needs some time to review and process my bill, and they are processing a lot of bills and requirements on a day, which means, mine was in the queue. That's why it takes hours for them to get back to the hospital, and only then the hospital could process my payment or my medication.

So, it wasn't that the payment service on the hospital was slow, instead it was the insurance that needs more time. Usually the insurance will notify us whether our bill was approved to be covered or not. And once we have that notification (which the hospital gets, too), the hospital will almost immediately process our bill etc. If you pay privately as in not through insurance, and your medication are patented one (not manually made - racikan), you should be able to get the payment process real fast.

The toilet on the older part of the hospital at the lobby, were smaller and sometimes less cleaner, yes. This is because more people coming here. But the toilet on the newer area such as Neurological or Cardio area, and other floors were very big, nice, and clean.

Overall, during my stay here and any medical check up done, I had mostly very pleasant experiences, and being taken care well. Prices, not gonna lie, are not cheap here. One consultation cost around 650K - 800K up. Pricey but yes, the service was great in my opinion.

I don't hope to come back or stay here again 😂 (well, who wants to be sick lol), but I would recommend this hospital for sure.

I was hospitalized last June, got a room on the 8th floor and it was really cozy and clean🥹 all medications, diagnostics and facilities covered with my insurance, not a single penny out of my pocket. Thank you MMC!

I went to get my GERD checked the other day by Prof. Dadang, and the staff was super helpful, especially Nurse Rana. She was friendly and very informative. What great service!

This is one of the best hospitals in Jakarta! All the staff and doctors are friendly and very helpful. Even though the pharmacy took so long, that is not a big issue. I have been hospitalized for about two weeks, and the hospitality is the best. My doctor is Prof Jusuf Misbach, and he's very patient towards me and meticulous.

Mmc is a great hospital in Jakarta, strategic location and best service. Participated in many events like running and has booth. Cool

Decided to have fisioteraphy at mmc hospital. Bersih bgt, minimalis, good hospital building n excellent services. Its because mmc hospital near for my workplace dan often see the doctor from mmc hospital talkshow on television

This hospital is crazy! Im in love with the environment, doctors in here are so fun, good ethics, very kind, very detail and professional also all nurseries are good and friendly. They’re all really care.
The facilities in here also good, i can watching Netflix in here.

Very convenient from its location, right in the center of busy road connecting the South and Central of Jakarta. The service is good, so far I didn't experienced a long queue or waiting time. The doctor is definitely great, very professional. I had a medical check up there, it's on the 7th floor and the process went well. The facility is very comfortable, very clean, have nice interior.

It's always satisfied me for their hospitality from the security at lobby, registration, nurses, doctors, cashier, medicine even their canteen are nice. It has been more than 5 years with their services for both outpatient and inpatient.

all doctors and staffs are friendly.
despite all negative comments about slow management/long time of wait (which is kinda true) i think it's all okay tho, most of hospitals that i visited requires prudential's confirmation before taking further action. and patients here kinda crowded so available room are hard to get.
the only thing i was upset about is i have to re do the PCR test here to get to my room. (the biggest reason for the long waiting)
i bring my own result from 3 days ago, but they require PCR result of 2x24 hours. but still the best hospital i've ever go to. recommended
