Good place for healthy people. It close at 10 pm. So if u want to go running out at night, I suggest this place cause u will find a lot of people have a same passion with u to make ur life healthy.

Sadly it's very difficult to book a locker for our things, there are some lockers that we can book with an application but it always full booked. People came for exercises, if only theres more lockers it will be better services,

GBK Main Stadium is located within and part of the large complex of the Senayan National Sports Center. It is really a lovely place as well as green areas of the city where you can enjoy various sport and outdoor activities.
Each time I come here, I can't stand quietly, instead automatically I will go for walks, running or jumping... love so much the clean and healthy air. Let's come and join us here.

You can get here by taking MRT to Istora Station and enter from the 6th gate, or by Transjakarta to Gelora Bung Karno bus station, also enter from the 6th gate, or get off at Polda Metro Jaya bus station and enter to GBK area through 7th gate (this also applies if you want to go to the Hutan Kota

The forest especially, it's good place to bring your dogs and take a morning walk.

Lovely place to do some exercise and it’s free!!! But if you want to go to the jogging track inside the stadium, you have to pay the ticket Rp100.000 per person for an hour. The stadium surrounded by lush foliage at the outer perimeter and some city park. So refreshing! There are also parking area and some bicycle lane. Definitely will going back👏

People best and favorite place for exercise or just weekend morning hang out with family. And an icon too in the most busy area in Jakarta on working day. Love it

Morning is perfect time for jogging, i suggest u to run at 5 or 6 am, because there's a lot of kiddos and couple after 7am.

Night run at GBK is good too but the wind pretty strong
