Recommended by a doctor to do MRI at this hospital.
The building is out dated when compared to private hospitals. But the most important thing is that the staffs are all super friendly and informative.
Starting from the security staff, the registration administrators, the cleaning service staffs, the cashier, the MRI operators up to the radiology doctor examining the result, dr. Patricia Widjaja

I was in the emergency room on 10/1/24 to be treated for a high blood pressure spike. Dr.Mey attended to me and advised that I was most likely eating too much salt. I followed Dr.Mey’s advice and reduced my salt consumption. Since I followed Dr.Mey’s advice and stopped eating too much salt, I have had no more high blood pressure spikes and no more tremors since.👍😋.

All the staffs; security, doctor and nurse on IGD (sus Rei, dok Oky, then dr Merry), until inside the room of stay are very nice, cooperative, and informative. They very often check in your condition during the process of healing. Even the bathroom is very good, clean and doesn't smell anything. Will recommend 12/10 if a family member of yours needed a stay for healing. Great job Medistra, until I have the urge to write this review 😂👍🏻

A recommended hospital in Jakarta area. Good Service, Good doctors, complete health facilities. This hospital provides personal and Insurance payment (receiving a lot of insurances ofc). Highly recommended! ;)

Medistra Hospital is an excellent private hospital with top quality trauma center and ICU.

Since the pandemic emerged, the hospital's patients were significantly decreased. Such shock made the hospital less funded and lowering it's cost that leads to reduce in service quality.

After the recovery, the hospital regain it's previous service quality.

The ER is always busy. Should you need immediate care, I suggest you to opt out from this hospital from 07.00 to 18.00. Outside those period, the ER is less busy.

Provide some of the best doctors here. The best recommended hospital for the problems of the heart (that I knew so far). However, Part of the main road to the hospital is applied with the odd-even traffic system, so you need to check your licensed plate before coming there in the morning/evening.

My husband was hospitalized for 3 weeks for serious blood clotting and digestive problems. Gratefuly he was treated by the best internist and digestive surgeon with their best solutions. Doctors, nurses and staff were quick to respond and very helpful.. also the  food here is delicious.
Though the interior and furniture are outdated, the service is very satisfying

This is one of the best hospitals in Indonesia. Clean with great staff, doctors, and surgeons. The nurses are friendly and professional. The doctors and the surgeons are skillful and very kind and friendly to the patience. The bill is quite expensive, but you can always claim for insurance.

For insurance reimbursement, they need 5-7 working days for approval, so prepare the paper and arrange your time.
