The staff is friendly, specially Nia the Admin staff who is helpful for photocopy, as well as Nurse Lia who is quick to serve patients at the Eye Clinic. I am impressed and happy with Dr Tri SpM opthalmologist! His friendly approach towards me on my first visit helped me to come back again for next two weeks to carry on with treatment procedures! Lovely to be taken care by him, thanks so much doc!

This hospital is very cozy.. people are very nice here *besides the fact that this is a hopital, ofc people r nice hehe* this hospital also has canteens with full of yummy cakes and cookies to fill our stomach, this place also has an indomaret beside it

A great services gotton from Jakarta Hospital! The nurses, the doctors, even all the staffs including security are friendly, helpful & neat! Only 1 missunderstanding happen regarding misschedule of lunch that be switched up but it's understandable still. All medicines are on time given, our call is always responded immediately & the most important one is the area cleanly & quietly set up for patience. Dropping documents for closest one's dental appointment. They have so many sofas around the dental area & main lobby. Lots of coffee and vending machine

This place offers a range of health service from emergency department, dental clinic, skin and beauty clinic, kids clinic, etc. It's located in a very center of Jakarta and easy to find. The doctors here are very professional and this hospital is inexpensive if you compared it to nearby hospitals.
