The hotel is very clean and modern with a restaurant on the ground floor and the large parking space. The rooms are spacious and clean and you have free water on the corridor. The staff is nice and speak very good English. You can easily walk to the heroes monument, train station, china Town and the Arab quarter, all walking distance (maximum 15 minutes).

You will be amaze that you will find a such nice hotel among the hectic area of pasar atom. The room is quite big for budget hotel. I love they put addional pillow to comfort your good night sleep. For those who like old building and architecture this location is heaven as well as for those tasty local culinary crave. Everything is a walk away distance.

Near from Pasar Atom. Nice first experience at Pop Hotel. Want to try the other Pop Hotels later on.

The room was clean. We enjoyed the room much at the night of Ied Fitr. The service was good. We checked in after midnight and the staff was there. Whether we had to wait for him a while. But it was OK.

The bed quality was good, the room was clean and neat, surprisingly there were 2 bolster provided, well frankly speaking not all hotel provide bolster

The room amenities were rather simple with 2 bath towels, shampoo and soap
Other like mineral water also provided
The peoples there who serve also very kind and polite
The breakfast also rather simple but hey, you won't eat lot on your breakfast don't ya?

For a budget hotel, POP! Worth for its cost. It is near the train station, and located in the heart of the city. The services are also good, you will be served well. They have a basement for the parking lot. Breakfast was well served(its a budget hotel so i didnt expect more). I recommend this hotel only for those who want to enjoy the city and not the hotel.

I'm in love with this one, and this is my fav hotel when i always holiday in Surabaya.
I like the places , because i can look the city from my window rooms and thats so beautiful, the hotel was in the middle of city where we can find many mall over there.
And also i like the sandwich when the first time i buy for my dine in my room.

This is a good place to stay if you want to enjoy "the old part" of Surabaya. It's close to "Pasar Atom" fampus for clothing and culinery, and "Pasar Turi" a traditional market. It also prety close in proximity with "monumen nasional" and Pasar Turi train station. The hotel itself is well equip with a convinient store and restourant. The foods are not top class but its adequate to sate your hunger. One good point is you can refill your bottle at the restourant for free. Regarding the room, it's chic and simple. Nothing to complain here. The staffs are friendly and eager to help you. As an added bonus, there is a bank just in front of the hotel if you need to do some banking stuff.

good place, comfort room, near from atom market even the place is little far from tunjungan plaza, and also thanks to receptionist, mas Reno, for the warm greeting during the check in proccess n it was very pleasantly quick

Had a pleasant experience in POP. It was really cozy, water heater worked really well, not an ounce of problem found. The breakfast was tasty. It was simple but tasty.

Very good ambience for 2 stars hotel. Only 2 minutes walking to Pasar Atom... so niceeee....
At night, we can eat at kwantung, the old chinese restaurant... so yummy indeed 😆 and can continue to eat the kacang ijo goyang lidah... yum yum 😂😄 also have poncong bread... the coconut traditional bread .. with chocolate. 😍
they also have the famous squid rice. Only 1 min walking.
The pop stasiun kota very near to stasiun semut. Only 1 minute by driving a car. So pleasent to stay overnights ... and it's cheap only 288.000 nett include breakfast. Nasi pecel, nasi rendang, nasi briyani, kacang ijo, tea coffee breads etc. Free wifi also. Friendly staff.

Many times stays here. Room is spacious, with sofa, like additional 1 person. Heheh. Booking thru online, and price will be under idr 250k w/ breakfast. Walking distance tp Atom, Itc, and near to suramadu bridge.

Kind manager and helpful staffs. Laundry is excellent here. ( As cheap as 20.000 Rupiahs per KGs, clean and neat )

Room was fair enough as it is a minimalist hotel. You may find culinary es kacang ijo & nasi cumi at neighbourhood, both were "maknyuss".

The hotel is really clean and so comfortable. The Design look simple and elegant. There is sofa in the room.
