Ciputra World Surabaya

This is a good place of a shopping mall as it should be, usually this mall is less crowded on a daily basis, all the shopping vendors are all clean and the employees are too less compared to other shopping malls.

Also uniquely, you can enjoy taking phtoo of arts and sculpture on top floor near the Kids Ground between the Food Court.
There are also Underground sections where you can find grocery stores, also an IKEA stores available to visit only in this City Which is good to know. Restaurants and Bakery all located on the top floor mostly oriental Asian Cuisine and local cuisine just a bit fancy.

Strangely There are only one or two lifts available and it is all only located in the Parking area but inside the mall itself i never seen one. Therefore escalator is the only way to go from floor to floor so its still okay. Good place and good experience overall

Entrance has a BMW showroom awesome start of a mall. Good Dining spaces for couples , friends and families.
Great shoping spaces : Every evening some food or art display even takes place.
IKEA, Hypermart, Ace hardware are a must to check out for all DIY enthusiasts.
The F& B choices from fine dining to Sushi and fast food counters is endless.
Right on the top is section for kids play zone.

Visit the hotel for 3 days. It was an amazing experience. the service was very satisfying, the hotel staff were friendly. they are willing to deliver food (from ojek online) directly to the room. the swimming pool is on the top floor with incredible view of the city.

The place is great place to visit if it is no public movement restrictions right now. There are only 10 shops allowed to open mostly food selling shops and ATM centre. The rest are ordered to close till July 20, 2021 due to COVID-19. They open from 10 am to 9 pm presently.

Two thumbs for the newly opened extension mall. Though still many tenants closed, but its concept is so interesting. You may see the lovely garden inside the building. Just interesting enough for sightseeing. Visit it for sure...

So big mall, we enjoy the food court, Mooi Ondomohen on the 3rd floor I think.
They provided the Surabaya famous local foods to choose for.

Next to it, Be on 3 (the non-halal food court). Reconended 👍👍👍

For the kids, feel free to choose more than 3 indoor playground. But my kids love Fun Time, they can play wholeday 😆😆😆

A sprawling mall that is undergoing expansion when I visited in Jan 2020. Connected to a hotel and plenty of shopping offering. High end brands on level 1, there is a hypermarket and hardware shop in the basement. Food and beverage options are on the top level. they often have events in the atrium space during the weekends. Very popular and crowded. highly recommended a visit.

If you don't want to go too west but also not in the downtown, Ciputra World could be the best option. Especially after the opening of IKEA, it became more crowded but still comfortable.

This is one of the best hotels at Surabaya..I loved all the hospitality from receptionist..house keeping..bell boy..the security..all of the staff is very very kind. Sure..we will come here again. The location also near by CW mall and Kidzania..Family never regret to stay at this hotel..

A large mall, fun, unique and also aesthetic. Perfect for people who likes to take picture for social medias. They also have a fun area called Happy Time where you can ice skate, pla, and so on.

A very great playground for kids..on weekends 150rb for an hour, 200rb for 3 hours..my daughter love it

I'm happy due to they provided this fence at the building parking lot ... thank you for the safety.
Recently they provided too a brand new executive mushola, An-Nur ... was so good, the space more large and clean.

been here for the playground ! Not for shopping, but this place is kid friendly, my favorite place in this mall is the "food court" beside the playground, so many Surabaya legend food and it was really delicious, I never thought of another restaurant when I'm here..

Recently new opening for extension lifestyle mall ciputra world (skylight garden : oudoor park from third floor to seventh floor), cafe restaurants at third floor, outdoor park, outdoor car parking, extension mall, etc.

Very huge mall. Convenient place to hang out, to have culinary experiences, to window shopping, or just to enjoy the ambience of modern and futuristic decor 🤩

One of big malls in Surabaya. Many kinds of foods which is in 3rd floor. We can reach it by using one escalator in the left side from main lobby.
The security is friendly so I felt enjoy shopping on it. Any movie studio, fun world for children, supermarket in base ground, and also rest room which is clean.
The design of this mall always follow the event of the year.
