Great business hotel in Surabaya.

Excellent service from friendly staff.

I have stayed here many times but this was the second time I have stayed during Covid and the hotel does everything it can to make guests feel welcome and safe.

Easily one of the best hotels in Surabaya and at fair prices.
The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are great. The views of Surabaya are magnificent.
Breakfast buffet and room service are both very good. The pool area is very nicely done. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good service during my stay and especially on my last day 25th Aug, the duty manager assisted me on the result slip that was accepted at the airport. She made an extra mile to contact the hospital and presented what the authority wants via email in just a few minutes.

It’s a good 5-star hotel, good location to stay if you want to go to the city center and the west part of Surabaya. Cozy, clean and comfortable room. Recommended!

Dedicated employes, big swimming pool with water slide, outdoor playground, kids activities, close to many food merchant, great selection of breakfast.

Amazing place to have a short staycation with my friends. We stayed in Shangri-La Surabaya for a special birthday celebration one of our beloved friends. The booking process was not complicated and smooth. Special mention to Ms. Nathaniah as she was very attentive to meet our expectations. Shout out to her and the Team (Ruth, and Salma), as we requested many things to get arrange and organize prior to our arrival, during the stay and upon departure. The birthday celebrations was a blast and memorable. Would love to come back and celebrate some other special events. Definitely will promote the hotel with its excellent service to relatives and friends. Thank you once again!!!

Really loved my stay in this hotel. Nice, courteous staff (from the reception to the bellboy to the coffee shop). Despite the fact that you can tell this is an older hotel, but everything was still clean and well-maintained, and functions perfectly. What's special is the breakfast buffet, with its vast choice and all the food individually wrapped -- which is very important in this pandemic situation.

I've visited this Place last week for a Buffet and dine in. The food and Beverage taste good and delicious and also the waitress are nice. The place is so luxurious, great and comforting. But the Food and beverage is only a few type and not many variation, only few snacks available.
But overall it's a great experience to enjoy a buffet in the top luxurious hotel in Surabaya.

In my personal opinion, this is the best hotel in Surabaya. I’ve stayed in all 5-star hotel in Surabaya, but this one is absolutely the best. Completed with top quality restaurants, the ballroom of the hotel is also the best for wedding, sweet seventeen, or other events. The rooms are good and the service is excellent. This hotel also has huge parking lots (outdoor and indoor). Furthermore, the building is located not too far from the highway and just 15 minutes from downtown area. Best place to stay in the city.

I stayed in Shangrilla Surabaya with my family (my wife and 7 year old daughter). We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were smooth. the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast were excellent.
my daughter enjoyed the kids activities and the free photo session was a nice surprise

Facilities were excellent, staff was extra-helpful and kind, food was excellent. We had a great experience.

The room is so cozy. Clean and fresh. Bedsheets & towels are clean. Breakfast menu are varied. Delicious. The staffs are so friendly & helpful. Keep up the great service! Definitely will come back for another staycation.

Being here 2 nights for staycation and being a member of Shangri-La Hotel. The staffs are very kind, respect, and care (they asked me how about my staying experience, is there anything we can improve, etc). Wifi is superb, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is delicious too with various menus. Will come back here someday!
