Resinda Hotel Karawang, Managed by Padma Hotels

We stayed for 2 nights and definitely loved it. The location is good, easy access and close to city center. The hotel has connections to the mall. The room was nicely designed, clean and has good facilities. Service also great, the staff very helpful and friendly. But the best part is their activities and facilities for kids 👍🏻 also their breakfast menus with good taste. The minus only their Japanese restaurant that for us need improvement. The rest is good

I had a problem getting a room when I checked in. The hotel just gave me an option to only the room in front of the elevators. Finally, Ms. Bunga gave a solution and gave us another room which was not in front of the elevators. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was a bit hot, because the AC did not work well. A day after I reported the problem, 2 times they sent some technicians to check what was happening. They cleaned the AC filter, but it still did not work well. The technician informed the manager on duty, Mr. Marcel about the situation. Well, although they cleaned the filter, the room was still hot. I called the front desk to let them know that the AC was still not working. Greatly, the Manager on duty, Mr. Marcel took action very quickly. He moved us to a better room and he even helped carry my luggage without asking any bell Boy to help me. Thank you to Resinda Management Team for giving the best training to all staff to give the best service to each guest. I will be very happy to stay at Resinda Hotel Karawang when I visit Indonesia again.

The room is very clean, all the staff are very friendly. Great location attached with a shopping mall. At the weekend they provide very nice live music in the lounge. One more thing that gets to my attention is the breakfast area in the morning beside the hotel serves nice foods and healthy drinks such as jamu kunyit asam. The breakfast area gives very good customer service. Vika is very friendly, nice and helpful. She set herself as an example to greet all guests, including kids.

The hotel has the widest selection for the breakfast I have experienced in my life. I am here on business trip for VW. I really like they have many services already included in the price of the room. I am using pressing or ironing my clothing. Then I use daily transfer from the hotel into the factory. The price for the room is reasonable. The location of the hotel is really good. I like that I can go to the shopping small via bridge. Then I live the swimming pool with the artificial cave. The service is super friendly and they are smiling all the time. It is so refreshing to see that as an European.

The room is clean, comfy and spacious. The staffs are helpful and creative, especially when I requested for complimentary window painting for one month old baby celebration. Even they can provide a baby crib and some decoration inside the room. It was a delightful staycation, thankyou Resinda Hotel team!

Beyond expectation, probably the best hotel in Karawang. Clean room, have many facilities, kids friendly, near oleh-oleh shop and mall. They have many delicious menus for breakfast. You can ask for a coffee too. The staff is very kind and friendly, all the front staf ready to help you with your luggage storage. Miss Roro in restaurant is very friendly, she would happily assist you with your breakfast session. Best one stop place for short stay.

This is one of the Best hotels in Karawang. You Will find an amazing mix of the modern Hotel with skybridge to the mall and rice fields overviews outside from the window! Plus, Hotel is offering free transfer to many plants in here!

Special mention is the play area, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They come to you and offer to help or accompany your children without you asking. Particularly Mutia, Silvi and Rani that are very friendly and helpful... my daughter really loves to play with them.

This hotel is a very great place to spend for a staycation with family. They provide swim boards and tube for children. They have play ground and sport activities for children. The staff in this sport area are very friendly and helpful. They will play with the children, to try badminton, arch and arrow, mini golf, futsal. And drawing and coloring. The breakfast is also satisfying. We book a suite room and geothermal a free upgrade to executive suite. This room has a very complete amenities. A two door refrigerator, microwave hot n cold water dispenser. The closet is much bigger than in any other hotel. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and polite. All in all we are very satisfied with the service and wish to stay here again in the future.

Best 4 Star Hotel - No Doubt

We already had our eyes on Resinda last year. The reviews on Google & Traveloka looked too good to be true. But if the majority had similar thoughts, maybe it was not too good to be true.

My wife called the hotel to ask a few things about health protocols, cleaning SOP, facilities etc. Happy with the answers, we booked our staycation directly on the hotel website.

About a week before our check in date, I got an email from the General Manager, asking for dietary needs & if we'd be celebrating any special occasion (our wedding anniversary!). The day after, my wife got another call, explaining that the hotel would like to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary by giving complimentary decorations in our room. We just thought, WOW!

Long story short, we arrived at the hotel. Our 3 years old was already a fan and when the hotel staff told her that they had a playground outside where she'd be able to feed some rabbits, turtles and fish... she was way beyond excited.

Our hotel room was terrific! The decorations on the bed & window, also the anniversary cake in the fridge... you know that man's pride when he's able to make his wife & daughter beyond happy? That was what I was feeling.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean & tidy. The kitchen was top notch. We tried to find anything to complain about, but could find nothing!

The next day, breakfast was fab! There were a number of Japanese expats, and that explained the area for classic Japanese food and it was goooooood!

Then we spent some time in the playground by the pool, where you could ride a bike, feed turtles & fish, feed a couple of rabbits, etc. Then there was a bigger ground downstairs where you could play mini basketball, paint some plastic containers, plant some mini plants, etc.

When we got bored & wanted to do some shopping, we'd just head to Resinda Park Mall which was 2 minutes away and the hotel got a dedicated access.

This was, hands down, the best 4 star hotel I have ever been, even compared to those in other Asian & European countries I've been; even better than several 5 star ones.

The space, the ambience, the facilities, the service, the hospitality... every thing was top notch. A real quiet place if you plan a getaway.

I understand that those reviews were not too good to be true. They were just right.

Resinda Hotel is bigger than expected. I really like the stone decoration on the swimming pool and the magnificent ballroom. As long as my stayed and used for the meeting room here, the food served was delicious with good service and went well. Unfortunately the sound system in the ballroom needs to be fixed when it is used for zoom meetings. Don't forget to try the gym, bicycle, or just run around the hotel because it is very safe, spacious, and fun. Health protocols have also been well implemented.
