Just two areas to work on
1) GYM is closing too early by 9 pm ( though reception told me he can make exception to me to extend one more hour .
2) Restaurant doesn’t have Mediterranean foods which I like normally to eat .

Always stay at this hotel for business trip.
+ Great hospitality, you even can booked car park only need to say your car license number to the receptionist. Then the guard will put the mark on your park area for the rest of your stay.
+ Breakfast was so good! Since there were so many expatriat whom stay here, so both Indonesian (local) and western dish were nice.
+ If you’re lucky enough like me, you’ll get an upgrade room without request in advance

Great hotel ,well run,polite staff,good rooms,good facilities and great location ,it seems Karawang is developing around the Mercure .
I'm an Accor member and always look for Mercure hotels , especially in Bangkok as there so good,but after a very bad experience at Novotel Lampung i was reluctant to use Accor hotels in Indonesia, thinking the standard wasn't as good as other countries ,but I decided to chance two nights at the Mercure Karawang and happy I did,I would come again and recommend this hotel as it was great and up to Accors high standard ,which is so nice to see after a bad expirence in Lampung .Mercure Karawang was excellent,I was very tired when I arrived and so grateful that Mercure had good soundproof windows as I was needing good sleep and not wanting to be woke at 4:50am by mosque call to prayer ,that wakes you at most hotels ,so thank you for the rest and good sleep🙏

Ms.Nabila, the room cleaner, kept the room very clean. She was also nice to talk to.

We used the room for a farewell party for a colleague. Comfort ballroom and good service. They served delicious food. We try Japanese food at there. Good hotel for business and vacation.

Room is great! They even gave me plate of sweets out of nowhere in the middle of the stay!

Strategic location, near from mall.. so, if you wanna eat something or dinner maybe, you can go there

Excellent staff and clearly trained in courtesy, friendliness and excellent service. All staff are patient, friendly.
The food is also great, located in the dining area with a lovely selection of seating areas. Great choice of cereals, sushi, juices, etc
We have come several times. Because my son really likes swimming here. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Lots of spots to take pictures. The hotel is a great place to rest, and reflect on how grateful we are.

The hotel is located in the city center. The room is sufficient and all the facilities work well. Breakfast is very varied and tastes good too. The staff is very friendly. Definitely want to come back here again

I've been stayed for many time in Mercure Hotel Karawang, great location with easy access to everything and Karawang main business hub.

I'm very impressed with all of everything facilities they have.
The room is clean, spacious and presentable.
Variety excellent breakfast buffet menu and so many choice of foods.

I'm appreciating some of staff in hotel, for their services during my stay.
Your team did a good job in leaving a nice impression.

The staff and manager are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and cozy. For breakfast they have many variants from Indonesia, Japanese, and western. I was not expecting that they have "Jamu", traditional drink from Indonesia that bring back my childhood memories, superb!

Must visit to the swimming pool area in the night, romantic place!

I experienced amazing kindness while using the hotel, and the kindness was the best service from the receptionist to the service of the restaurant. Among them, the receptionist named Jule gave us the best service, which we are very grateful for. .I will use this hotel again next time and I will strongly recommend it to people around me.

Nice, friendly staff, spacious parking, clean room, AC super cool, a see-through bathroom but you can draw the blind if you shy.

This is my 2nd stay. Fast check in by Yoga, and fast check out by Santika. Warm welcome. Clean room as always. Good water pressure on the bathroom. Lucky me got a connecting room. Great Emergency Drill after Earthquake and clear notification by Operator team, amazing. Very nice BBQ taste during Sat nite. Wide array of buffet selection during breakfast.
