Personal favourite hotel in Karawang. I had exceptional experiences during my stay several times circa 2022 during covid and post-covid. Staffs are helpful and kind, breakfast food was served good, and the room is my favourite compared to another hotel room nearby in Karawang.

I recently stayed at Novotel karawang and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From start to finish, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and at home.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep.

One of the highlights of my stay, however, was the breakfast. The hotel offers a delicious and varied breakfast buffet, with plenty of options to suit all tastes and dietary needs. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty cooked breakfast, healthier options like fruit and yogurt, or a selection of pastries and baked goods, you're sure to find something to enjoy.

What really stood out to me, however, was the quality of the food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches, such as freshly squeezed orange juice and a selection of artisanal breads.

Strategic location, near with the center of Karawang city. This location can be choose for the meeting venue or another gathering. The hotel offers room rates in medium range, but the facilities are good enough. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy. This hotel is have the limited car parking area, but it would be helped by bellboy or security to get parking lots. Overall the service of this hotel is in accordance with the price offered.

Room, view, food and the staff its all good. Gonna stay here again.
