The best in town. It's the best place for sumatranian (especially minangnese) to stay. The vibes was so friendly, it's syariah and halal staycation, the restaurant and café is worth it for price and taste you get. They have a big room, big toilets, the pray needs was serve in every room. Easy access to transjakarta or the busway terminal. Wish the hotel and owner had a good life

Satisfying during our stay in Balairung Hotel. Spacious rooms, cold AC, sufficient hot water. One input, add a place to put toiletries in the shower room.

Among those reasons I choose to stay in this hotel: the price is fair, the hotel has its cultural value; that is minangnese, and the shariah concept that they still keep until today. Hats off!

Clean and spacious rooms, although its furnitures a bit old but with the affordable price/night its all worth with the room facilities such as coffee/tea maker and refrigerator. The room could use a more soundproof walls because unfortunately we could still hear the sound from the streets outside and the guest that talk super loudly next door. But overall i had an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is recommended due to its convenient location especially from busway (TransJakarta) route. The hotel's front door is located just in the ramp of access to the busway stop.

Within the walking distance, you could reach Gramedia Matraman book store, Pizza Hut, and also some 24-hours convenience stores.

The room is spacious, but the shower room looks old and a little dark. Overall, I enjoy staying here and will come again for another stay here.

Good places. Often use for meeting. Ballroom is big, enough for 70 to 10p people. It has praying room near the ballroom, and it's quite big and clean. They also provide Bank Nagari and ATM

Nice and confront hotel room. The bedroom is large and so does the bathroom. Many varian in food and have live music at friday and Saturday night. Nice services also from all the ppl who work here

Nice hotel, with the famous Minangkabau ambience, you can notice from the building shows Minangkabau Roof "Gonjong".
