Juno Jatinegara Jakarta

It's so great that my friends and I could celebrate my birthday at Juno Hotel Jatinegara. We booked a birthday room and got a 50% discount. By paying only 330k and we got breakfast, birthday decorations and birthday cake.
The receptionist was also friendly, from the start I got in the lobby, I was greeted by Dicky and the room was decorated by Raihan. Thank you so much!
Super worth it!

Convenient and aesthetic hotel, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant inside, so the breakfast have to be ordered from your room to the front desk. They also provide food & drinks to be order delivered to your room and can be paid directly with cash or QR. Amenities are complete, nice and neat room. Cellular data will be automatically off once you are inside the hotel and you can only use their wi-fi facility. One minus for the room service was, when I put dirty dish which was supposed to be collected during the room cleaning, yet when I get back in the afternoon it was still there. Overall the stay was good, the front desk officer and security were helpful.

Overall very pleased with our stay! We stayed here for 2 seperate weeks a month apart. The staff is very friendly. You can't enter the building without a genuine smile. Especially the guys from the security made our stay better. Always helping us with the suitcases, even in the middle of the night. Always holding the door open even when we get in the taxi they holds the taxi door open for us. Next year when we get back to Jakarta, we will definitely go back to Juno.

Honestly, it's become one of my fav. Facilities are a great value for the price. AC is working fine. Hot water is easy to use and puts out a stable temperature. Access to the mall is convenient. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is a good choice (FYI they give out per portion; don't think of a buffet).

Would I come back for another staycation? Well, is the sky blue?

Located right next to Cityplaza Jatinegara with great ambience. The room was cleaner than any hotel I've tried in Jakarta at this price point. Free parking also provided

Been a regular since the previous brand and surprisingly all is well maintened. Linen are clean and fresh. Bathroom is clean. Mas Chandra helped us well, fast and easy check in. Got a complimentary whole chocolate cake + room decoration as we choose the birthday promo. And thanks to Mas Raihan who arranged the room. We have a pleasant stay!

A very worth place to stay.
Strategic place with very comfort ambience. The corridor is a bit confusing, but doesn't change the fact that they have good rooms and service. Special shoutout for Mas Ari for giving such a warm welcome and was working fast. Since it was online booking, I just waited for less than two minutes in the receptionist and jumped into my room directly.

Awesome place to stay. Room service is good, staff are polite and helpful. Strategic location. Everything is available at the mall which is in the same compound. Feels safe to roam around even at night, as there are security personnel present.

Front desk staff, housekeeping attendant as well as security officer were so friendly and performed outstanding service. I love employees connection towards guest. I must say your employees exceeded my expectation in terms of service delivery. Kudos to your team. I also want to personally thank your security officer, Hendri on his great job.

Excellent warm welcome from the wonderful Dicky- sure to be a great stay

- The room is clean, comfy and quite big enough fo 2 person.
- Available self laundry and dry machine.
- Location beside (same building) City Plaza Jatinegara. Available many restaurant and supermarket also ATM center inside City Plaza building.

- Some places in corridor have bad smell, the hotel should provide air freshener.
- Bathroom and toilet door doesn't have lock and made from glasses, so some people might not comfortable during shower or defecate, especially if they have kids with them.
