They handle all sorts of souvenirs from local foods, knickknack and ethnic clothes (baju batik). I think you can find anything you associate with Indonesia here. There is upstairs, don't miss it. Even fragile items are packed, be careful with your belongings touch them. Most importantly, they sell stuff at an affordable price, not a touristy price.

Mirota have tonnes of choices when it comes to souvenirs. They have local snacks, accessories, and even clothes. The price arent that cheap but they are of good quality. Worth every penny.

A legendary food place in Surabaya which located in the same areas as Mirota Batik & Handicraft Store. For me it was more like a cafetaria than a restaurant. The vibes were amazing though, traditionally serene and Jogja-style. My absolute recommendation food here was the rujak cingur, one of the best rujak cingur in Surabaya. While you were waiting for your food, you could explore and do some shopping in the back of the store for some batik cloth or even unique Jogja themed ornaments. In conclusion this place was a combo for tourists (a cozy cafetaria mixed with a traditional gift shop) if they ever visited Surabaya.

the place is very complete and comfortable, perfect if you are looking for knick-knacks and handicrafts, the batik is also of premium quality and very good. WORTH IT!

At the front portion of the shop, it has many art and craft, similar to Erlangga or Krishna souvenir shop in Bali. At the back and upstairs, I found many Batik Collection with artistic design and reasonable price. It's totally worth it to go here for those who are looking for Batik clothing (formal or leisure).

Wow this place is one stop souvenirs shopping, there are a lot of kind of handicraft,batik clothes Indonesian snacks and food specialty. And sell also have books!!! English, German ,French novels and many more. I came here to buy some German novels,my teacher informed me about this shop. But I have a bit difficulty to fine the books I'm looking for as all the books are mixed order. It would be nice of you guys if you would rearrange the book in easier and neater order.
