Fairfield by Marriott Surabaya

Arrived early before check in time and the reception was helpful and assist with the early check in. Service at their Kava restaurant also excellent even though it took awhile for the food to be prepared but everything was good and food was nice 🫶🏻

the rooms are spacious and very clean, the view is beautiful. For midrange prices, the hotel is equipped with a hairdryer and the service is very good. breakfast is quite complete and delicious, the location to the restaurant is past the swimming pool with views of the city. Minus its quite far from city center

Strategically located in the center of Surabaya and close to the Ciputra World shopping center. The rooms are okay but rather small. The people were also quite helpful and friendly as always. Only complaint is on the free late check out that only lasts until 13:00 while most high end hotels allow guests to extend until 14:00 or even 15:00 free of charge.

The location is superb. The room is spacious and clean.

I was a bit worried when reading the reviews here, but my experience is actually upto expectation! The room looks exactly like in their photos, it's clean and very completed, but the shower head is a bit inconvenient for me. Surprisingly reasonable price for a hotel under Marriott. Their 5th floor for other activities is way nicer than I expect, and the restaurant which opened till 10pm (also where we got the breakfast buffet) is decent too, definitely should check it out! I loveeee the hospitality of the staff, especially Ms. Rahel in the receptionist that helps me to check out and the other receptionist that helps me to check in (but i forgot to ask her name hu hu hu hu hu hu). The only problem is that they sent me the wrong email for after-stay review lol, but it doesn't affect my stay at all so I'll still recommend it!

What a nice dinner. Perfect experience of the taste, we ordered Oxtail soup ,Apple pie also the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio and nothing wrong with the Flavor. Btw the service is also so good. it only takes 25 minutes to wait. The staff in Restaurant is super friendly as well, especially Yulia (Cashier).

Breakfast was ok. But the taste and the food need more attention. It's bland and cold at 6.00 am.

It was yesterday spent my birthday there. I bought this room to gift myself on birthday. It was raining hard when I arrived there but it was amazing when the door man helped me opening the car's door and lobby's door. I got on escalator to go to reception and wow, it's big, not to many furniture but nice. I got 9th floor, the room is clean, comfy, quite big because I am alone. The resto is in the sky, the cooks are tasty, the staff are helpful and modest. The view pool are nice, and the sky garden are nice too. But the grass artificial. So far I love and I spent my beautiful birthday moment here.

Slight afar from the city center. Not recommend if you don't have/rent transportation service. The breakfast menus are great with a lot of selection and everything tasted very delicious. Superb customer service. Keep up the good work.

Stayed only for a night in Surabaya during our road trip from Jakarta to Bali.
Reception was warm and friendly.
Room is clean cool and dry.
We had our breakfast brought into the room. It took quite long but normal for a Sunday morning.
Only downside is parking is limited and very crowded during banquet events.

One of the best hotel I stayed in during pandemic. Some of other hotels lowered their standard but not in Fairfield. Room is clean, protocols are well implemented, breakfast is good, staffs are helpful and friendly. Swimming pool is available on level 5 with certain rule to accomodate health protocol. On summary, recommended

Room was clean and adequate for my stay. The bedroom was very quiet with a very comfortable bed and high quality linens. Unfortunately the bathroom is too dark, I really don’t enjoy my shower time. Overall, it’s been a good stay.

Brilliantly located, comfortable and beautiful, as much as Marriott's standard! Room is spacey, clean, and everything you need for staying is just there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, the buffet food (I rent the function with food included) they serve are just awesome. Definitely recommend this to anyone who look for Marriott standards with more affordable rates.

Since this building begin to operating, i was always wanted to enter inside, and today that dream come true. I was attending a seminar in the ballroom, so this is only review for their convention center. Well, as i expected, the interior is nice. Service is good, food are great. Ballroom is prepared nicely, toilet is clean (it just that, the hand dryer was out of order when i was there). Overall, i feel comfortable. This is maybe some suggestion, please put some signs for parking, especially for customers who brings motorcycle, this is because when i was there, it was quite confusing to find the parking lot.

We decided to stay by accessing it's main website and choosing the right deals. Some problem occur about check-in time but it solved easily by the reservation team. Their respons is fast.
The pool on the fifth floor is clean and nice. There is a gym too, tho im not using it.
The restaurant is cool overall with nice scenery and variety of foods. Baby chair is available too.
The parking lot is okay, with enough staff to help parking for bikes and cars.
Reservation deals on their website is good, which we choose to check-in around 10 am as their reservation deals is able to cover 6 am check-in to 6 pm check-out tomorrow for one night stay, which may be the best for hotels right now afaik.
The room is clean and safe enough for children as their electric plug / power outlet has switch so it safer for your children.
They got luggage carrier service, three public elevators.
The staff is nice, even their room cleaner staff was able to help us when we got problems.
Anyway, this is a good place to stay in Surabaya, may be the best afaik.
