I would say that this hotel over me the best hospitality i have ever in 2023. The way their welcoming you, assist you and everything was great.

I couldn’t say anything. This is the best hospitality ever. The room is quite nice. Looks like 2010 rooms but the comfy.

The location is the best. This case if you love to spend your time in mall. Because it have connection door to TP 3 & 6. So nothing else.

It’s my first time to stay in here and I already have great experience. I forgot to bring my own prayer mat (not the first time) and I used a spare towel as mat. I left the room in the morning for a meeting and surprisingly when I came back to the room in the afternoon I got a prayer mat prepared on the bed. It’s a small thing but the attention to details is awesome. How could the staff know that the folded towel I put on the chair was used as a prayer mat? I truly appreciate it.

Best choice in Surabaya! After the renovation it became even more splendid. All staff are friendly without exception. Top notch! All corners are clean. Connect to TP mall (and just found out that now we have reached TP 6 hehe). The playground is clean, nice, with attention to safety aspects. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the carpet is clean and soft. Beds, pillows, bed covers make sleeping super comfortable. If you're looking for an iron and hair dryer, they're in the cupboard. Breakfast has lots of choices, there are even menus I've never seen; Salmon tamarind 🤩. Next, definitely stay here again if you go to Surabaya. Thank you all!

My family had a lovely stay at Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Apartment! Mistakenly booked an apartment instead of the hotel but front counter staff (without any hesitation) allowed us to go see the apartment first before checking in. Apartment were a little bit outdated but we loved the size and space of the hotel. My toddler loved running ard the apartment! We were able to have a late check out as well as our flight was in the evening. I think it is really awesome that the counter staffs were able to accommodate to our requests. The hotel swimming pool can be improved/upgraded though, but hotel breakfast spread is sufficient with very friendly and proactive staffs in the restaurant. On weekends, they have kids entertainment area where there is an indoor playground with bouncy castle set up in one of the function room near the breakfast area, which is a great initiative by the hotel. It was rather empty, my toddler loved it!

It is linked directly to biggest mall in Surabaya, which is definitely a plus point.

Will definitely come back to Sheraton Surabaya with the rest of our extended family for another trip here!

Sheraton always be my family favorite hotel. The food are awesome, room cleanliness also great, staff hospitality also great. For families with children, they will provide some children entertainment every sunday

We had a fantastic five night stay at this property! I am traveling a lot for business, but since the pandemic I haven't experienced such good service and food quality elsewhere in the world.
We hosted a customer event at the hotel and the preparation, as well as the execution from property side were immaculate too.

The only thing I missed in the room was a desk. There was a table with two chairs, but this was more of a dining table. The room would have been spacious enough to provide a proper working table as well. Found it surprising for a five star hotel. The other thing I found a little odd in the room was the color combination. It seemed that the rooms have recently been modernized with a blueish theme, but the floor in the entrance area was still in beige and red marble, which didn't quite look good together. This was of course not an issue at all. The bed was comfy and everything very clean.

The food was great. On the day of our arrival I ordered room service late evening and the salmon steak must have been one of the best I ever had, absolutely delicious! The day of our seminar we had lunch with the participants and everything was extremely tasty, especially the deserts! The spread at breakfast was great and the bread items the best I had in a very long time (I'm German, so call me picky when it comes to bread!).
The coffee bar is really nice to sit and the tea I ordered was excellent and served in beautiful bone China
Here I also want to highlight the great service at any time. There even was a guy at breakfast who remembered all guest names and greeted everyone personally, I was really impressed.

One night I got a massage in my room at 10pm. The service was again really good and the price very decent. I really appreciate properties offering massage service at later hours after work (when it is really needed!).

The gym is fantastic and really well equipped. The pool area is beautiful with older trees and a lot of plants around. You feel like you are lying by the pool in Bali and forget that you are actually in the middle of the city.

The shopping mall comprising of 6 buildings (!!) that is actually attached to the hotel has an internal connection to the mall. You can really get anything you ever wanted here. Make sure to not get lost!

I have no doubt that this is the best places to stay in Surabaya! I'm actually yet to see a better property anywhere else after the pandemic.

Summary :
Its an older building that has been renewed to keep up with modern tastes without losing the classic vibe. Easy access to TP Mall and the main road in central Surabaya.

Stayed for 7 nights in the Ex.Suite with access to the club and daily breakfast. Cut to the chase..We had a splendid stay at Sheraton Surabaya. We were ALWAYS greeted with unabridged sincererity by staff from departments across the hotel. Everyone was calm, thoughtful and keen to add color to brighten our day..

- Dedi from housekeeping left us a towel statue on one of the days.
- Rumdan was helpful showing us around the hotel.
- even a technician came to install a wooden luggage cabinet when they ran out of portable luggage racks

Cafe Bromo
Thank you to all attendants and chefs from Cafe Bromo who ensured we were clearly updated on food choices from the fantastic buffet, explained traditional food ingredients and origins..and even planned special customised dishes for us every single day. Sous Chef Fitri came by and engaged with guests regularly. She insisted on preparing breakfast boxes for one particular day when we had to leave early for neighbouring Madura Island.
I am compelled to give special kudos to
Pak Jojok, Wanda, and Alfandi from Cafe Bromo. They certainly turnedb our mornings into an outstanding culinary adventure.

Sheraton Club
We always felt welcomed by the Sheraton Club team. I can only name some of them off the top of my head. So thank you Pak Arif, Cindy, Alfian, Pak Windu
and the rest of the sparkling team. Every coffee and snack was enjoyed.

All these guys are the textbook definition for the word 'hospitality' and every Marriot Bonvoy property globally can learn from them. I hope Corporate rexognises and rewards them for exemplary best-in-class attitude and dedicated practice.

I have stayed at the Majapahit and JW Marriot when in Surabaya, and it would be really difficult to stay anywhere else after this.
