HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya

First time spending night in Harris hotel, and I was so surprised because they have long pillow or guling here. Very much made my day. The linen was sooo good, the bed was sooooooo comfy, the room was enough for two people, it was also clean and tidy. Check in process was standard. I asked room on the same floor with my friend because it was booked both under my email and they helped to make it, I truly appreciate this. They also keep my frozen items so it didn't get bad when I back to Jakarta, I truly grateful for this. Me and my friend made some request and they helped it, so thank you so much Harris team. Will definitely spending another night on another Harris hotel branch. Kudos to your team.

I stayed in this hotel for business trip from 13th Oct to 15th oct 2023.

My first impression, the hotel is quiet good, the design seems modern and the staff uniform is kinda unique for me, because it look like sporty style, which it give energic appereance.
This hotel has 2 lobby, the main lobby is on 2nd floor. If you order food from Gojek, you need to go to Lobby transit which is it on 1st floor because bike isn't allowed to go to main lobby.

What i really love in this hotel is their services, how they really care to customers are superb. They will ask you periodically if you want or need anything or if there is any obstacle with the room.
For the room, they will always keep it clean, you don't even need to ask to clean your room because they will clean it if maybe you going out for hours.
But if i could give advice, maybe they need to add rubber mate for every bathroom in room, because i admit it the bathroom is so slipery, not because it clean enough but it is because the type of the floor doesn't fit for bathroom floor (Because i fell when i'm having shower that time, but they really good at handling it and they also responsible because of this accident).

For the food, they have various type of food and drinks. And it is quiet complete, you can find indonesian food and western food too, they have various of juice, fresh water and infused water. And for the taste i can give rate 8 out of 10.

One of the good hotel in western Surabaya that provides not only sufficient rooms, either Ballroom with delicious various foods and beverages.

Splendid! We held a meeting here for two days. The service was really excellent. The food were also great. Five stars for everything!

I stay here because my cousin wedding is place in here. The hotel is quiet place and even its weekend i can still feel comfort, many people stay here include my others cousins aunt and uncle. The staff is nice and friendly too. Variation of food and drink is so many and tasty. And this hotel can service a dinner too. You can choose at the room packet can have free dinner and free breakfast. The room is a little uniqe for me. The bathroom and toilet have a separate rooms. For standard room is big enough and for me its comfortable. I stay here with one of my cousin. The swimming pool view is nice. They have infinity pool.

Overall good. Wish all the best. Room service. The view. Restaurant is good, the food is tasty and vary. Recommended for family, business trip, or solo traveler. From the outside you will see this building next to showroom and look like small but large inside.they also have pool and gym that can be enjoyed. Also have spa but does not have time to try. Really have a good time staying for a couple days

Located near the Satelit toll entrance in West Surabaya, this hotel offers you an affordable yet comfortable stay. Fun, kind and energetic are the images they want to present to their customers. The hotel is always busy and packed with people who come for business or merely family vacation as this hotel is also kid friendly. They have a game room where little kids can play. The facilities here are also complete. Gym, spa, restaurant, working space, pool and meeting rooms are available. One thing that impressed me most is the way they handle complaints and accommodate customers needs. It shows how they thrive to be better. The manager, Mr. Beny was really nice and helpful. Well done, Harris team! 😁. Recommended!

Nice, clean, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast. Gym was small but had sufficient equipment. Enjoyed my stay here.

The location is very strategic in the middle of the city and close to the airport, even though it is in a fairly congested area.
To travel, you have to prepare more time so you don't get stuck in traffic jams.

Just walk about 500 meters from the hotel, instead of taking an online transport you'll get stuck the traffic jam.

Value for money. Room was super clean and spacious. However, it only had basic amenities and lack of some. Breakfast was quite good. Love the traditional food.

Overall good experience

Great and comfortable place to stay. Located near the entrance to the highway and close to both the airport and the city. Around 30 minutes to the Airport and 30 minutes to the City. All the staff is very nice and friendly.

The room that we're staying in is with the open bathroom concept, so the bedroom and bathroom are connected.

To stay here is a good deal. My room was clean, with good illumination and no dust. The attention was great and the restaurant was perfect. Don't get lost the main lobby is in the second floor, it's tricky but the signals are clear. It also has a "transit" Lobby so it's easier to pick up some delivery or guests.

The place is awesome, close to a big mall, lot of restaurants, grocery stores and next to a Shell gas station.

The experience was excellent, I recommend it.

Their service was great and the staffs were friendly. The room was clean and big enough and the in room service was delicious with an affordable price as well. They even gave us cake as an additional complimentary. Thanks, would definitely love to be back whenever I visit Surabaya.

Visited this place with the family. I personally love their bed. Very comfortable and clean. The staff is also friendly and helpful. When you want to order foods online just go to the transit lobby via lift. Fast and comfortable. The gym and swimming pool are also good. So far enjoyed the stay.

at first it was confusing because the entrance is not direct. you have to go up between the honda showroom and shell station to P2. stayed in a suite room for a business trip. it was very spacious and really clean. it had 2 TVs and a living room with a sink and a table. there's also an electric kettle, coffee machine and hairdryer. check in and out process was quick. the thing i love the most about this hotel is the parking lot to the lobby is on the same floor. perfect for those who travel by car. one critique tho, please give us a bottled water with a brand on it. i am skeptic if you give us only a glass jug because i don't know if it's hygiene or not 😓 it's limited too so you have to bring lots of water to battle surabaya's heat. the pool is small but with the price you get it's already satisfactory. other than that, it was a pleaseant experience. definitely will stay here again if i visit the city.

One of the best hotel in surabaya. Spacious and clean room with perfect amenities. High speed wifi, so many tv channels in room. The breakfast was always great, the food taste, the variousity of the menu. The pool was great with stunning city view. Such a pleasure to stay at Harris hotel.

The service is great! The Food is very satisfying. The room is clean and tidy. There’s an elephant also in my bed, they give me welcome drink (honeydew juice) and snacks and chocolate. I’m very satisfied (they improve a lott!!!) and willing to come back to this hotel anytime in the future.

Comfy 5 nights of stay. With the warm and friendly staff, it feels like home for me. The room was simple and clean. The breakfast was so tasty and delicious. Something related to service need to be developed, but I think it just normal for a hotel that just launched a month ago. At the morning, staff named mr Benny will ask you about the service at the restaurant. Tell him if you have some complaint. He will arrange the solution immediately, I appreciate for that.. 👍🏻
