Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Surabaya, and I must say that it was a memorable experience.

The rooms, while fairly generic in design, are impeccably clean and offer everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Spacious and well-appointed, they provide a luxurious environment that's perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The highlight for me was the incredibly comfortable bed, complete with the bounciest pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding service. The staff members were not only attentive but also incredibly friendly. I've never encountered so many warm greetings and genuine smiles at any other hotel. It made me feel truly welcomed.

The breakfast buffet is second to none. It's a culinary delight with an extensive selection of both Western and Eastern style foods. The quality of the food was exceptional, and each dish was beautifully presented. It catered to a wide range of tastes and preferences, ensuring that every guest could find something they enjoyed. The attentive restaurant staff further elevated the dining experience, making breakfast a truly enjoyable part of the stay.

In conclusion, while the rooms may not be the most unique in the world, the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Surabaya makes up for it with its exceptional cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and, most importantly, its top-notch service. If you're looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Surabaya, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Best bang for bucks! Bedroom is pretty good, breakfast is amazing (they have indomie stall which is a ++ for me and ice cream stall which cant be found anywhere else), the staff is nice, reception is quick.
The location tho, close to tunjungan street where food is easy to find and although the hotel is adjoined with tunjungan plaza, it doesnt have connecting access to the plaza, but it still very close to enter the plaza.
Overall, i stayed here four days and pretty impressed with the hotel.

Although i often stay at four points tunjungan plaza everytime I visit Surabaya, I never write the review yet. Overall my stay is good. Start from the concierge staff infront, front office desk until the staff in the restaurant during breakfast time is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, well maintananed, please keep it up. The cleaness is very important. Salute for housekeepers. The breakfast is good as usual. I love the indomie menu hahaha, remind me of my kids. The location is definitely super. Near the shopping mall and city center. So what are you waiting? Check on the four points hotel at Tunjungan..

Easy 5/5, had an absolutely amazing experience staying here. I stayed for 6 nights.

The staff are outstanding. Their manners and hospitality are top notch. Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. From the security personnel, cleaning staff, reception, to restaurant crews, they all offered the best service.

The room is quite spacious, with enough lighting and very convenient light switch options. It’s super clean, with VERY comfortable beddings😭 there’s a lazy chair which is perfect for reading books or just snooze out. They provide great amenities and the laundry service is super quick!

Breakfast buffet is the best. They have lots of food options, from Sushi, Asians, Westerns, and local Surabaya signature foods. They have indomie, too! All foods are very good and appealing. Kudos to the kitchen crew! I had the same experience when staying in Four Points Pakuwon and also when I had the dinner buffet at Four Points Thamrin Jakarta. I will totally trust all Four Points buffet from now on. They’re all good food qualities.

The location is also great. Next to the hotel is Tunjungan Plaza 4 shopping mall. If you go to the highest floor, it’s all food restaurants with sooo many varieties and it’s all connected from TP 3, TP 4, TP 5 and TP 6. There’s a cinema at TP 5 as well. The hotel is also very close with Tunjungan Street where the hip cafes are, and also the legendary Rawon Setan restaurant. There are several convenience stores nearby as well.

The weekend was very busy (with a wedding too!) but surprisingly had no trouble getting on the elevator and waiting time is unnoticeable.

I am extremely satisfied and to be honest it’s one of the best money value that we spent for a hotel experience. Definitely will come back!!!

Maybe I'd like to give our feedback, even though there is a smoking room provided, but we experienced some smokers sitting down by the swimming pool. Maybe the management would take some solution for this, as in the swimming pool area there are always some children to play around. Once again thank you and keep up the great work!

Its a very well operated hotel! The staff are all friendly and helpful at all times. The choices at the breakfast buffet are top notched and the hospitality of the staff at the buffet is warm and friendly all the time. Keep it up 👍

I stayed here for 3 nights on business, and I really enjoyed it.

The rooms are fairly generic, you could be in any chain hotel in the world, but they are clean, and had everything you need.

The lobby and restaurant were very light, and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of western and Eastern style foods.

What really set this stay apart from similar hotels in other parts of the world is the service. Never have I been greeted with as many "good mornings", with huge smiles, as I was at this hotel. Nothing was too much to ask of the staff, and as a first time visitor to Surabaya (and Indonesia), it made my stay much easier!

Can't comment much on the location, as we didn't see much of the city, but very much recommend staying here!

Simple yet cozy hotel. Situated directly beside Tunjungan Plaza so you have plenty of options for shopping and eating. Their breakfast menu also vary and delicious.

Always the place of choice to stay in Surabaya. Great service. Incredibly fast check in. Strategic location near the mall. Children's favorite for playing and swimming... lots of variety and delicious food... but for breakfast the kids have a charge, not like other 4 star hotels. Overall the best

I was amazed by the hospitality and the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the public facilities. The level of customer service here is Bali-standard (I didn’t expect to meet such warm and welcoming group of workers in Surabaya).

Uniquely designed luxury hotel. Starting from the lobby, elevator and rooms, the concept is very luxurious. Thank you reservations and guest relations team for fulfilling my birthday cake request, it was amazing. Thank you mas Tyo for express checkin and checkout, small gifts at checkout made my kids very happy. All the breakfasts are delicious, What an unforgettable experience!!

The culinary offerings, particularly the dinner service, at this establishment are exceptional. The staff's dedication and service are beyond extraordinary. I had an instance where a staff member assisted me in scanning over a hundred pages for my work, significantly reducing the burden I had to carry back. The combination of their remarkable service and delicious food left a deep impression on me.

Overall very nice hotel. Lobby is beautiful. Room is nice. Hot water shower and amenities. Breakfast buffet have delicious local, western, and eastern food. Meeting/ball room also quite big with high ceiling for good audio accoustics. My only complaint is the complimentary drinking water bottle is too small so I got thirsty in the middle of the night.

Outside is directly attached to Tunjungan Plaza where you can go shopping and leasure. Nothing to see after 9pm though. Everything in walking distance is closed.

it was a nice place to stay, i recommend this place if you were about to go to surabaya. the room and services were just that great, and the location is easy to reach by any transportation that avalaible there. the view from the upper floor was quite nice. the foods and drinks itself was delicious. i strongly recommended this place to stay.

Second times staying in this hotel were ejoyable and I am satisfied, as it has prompt and helpful service from the staffs, clean and comfortable rooms, good price, nice view, delicious meal, luxury place, and complete facilities. The hotel is also accessible where it can be reached easily by public transportation and private vehicle, since the location is in the centre of the city. No doubt that the hotel is the best option and very recommended for business trip as well as family holiday.

Service The staff is friendly and polite. The food is delicious. if you go to Surabaya, you will definitely come here again. I am happy with the super friendly service. Especially at breakfast with Mas who makes Fried Rice, very friendly.

the main thing is the friendly service, the location in the middle of the city of Surabaya, which I like, the breakfast menu, which has a wide variety, from traditional to international, and lots of interesting photo spots inside, I really recommend it for your small family

We had tremendous nights during our „get-together“ stay in Sheraton! Welcome drinks, personalized service (they even remember our names), and five stars food service… In our three days moment in Sheraton, our rooms is always freshly groomed. Every day is always the highlight of the day with them! Thankyou Sheraton and Teams! We will be happy to go back in there!

Very well located, internet was full speed. We booked non smoking but when arrived we got smoking, however the staffs especially réception is very attentive. She changed our room immediately with proper appology by giving larger room. Bravo! For the service.
