the place is good, and fit the price. the place is clean, and seclude, you felt safe. the bathroom is clean, and heater is on 24/7. the lamp is not too light, and the ac is quite cold, but you can change that.

since the price didn't include breakfast, you can buy one. the price is quite good too, ans the taste is amazing

Recommended especially for single travellers. There are semi sound proof capsules to hire. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Cost to stay is not expensive. Only approx. 150 k per night. If you want more privacy, you can hire private capsule in private room.

So great to stay in this hotel. The room is modern, clean, tidy, and air conditioned well. Their bathroom also clean (also for its water), water heater available, and transparent. Their rooms are actually capsule and cool. Thumbs up for rooms and accomodations.
One thing I kinda sad is their breakfast. They give me a nugget, two sausages, and a piece of watermelon. They also had toast bread. I think they missed the rice. I hope they improve it in the future.

This place is great!! It looked new because I didn’t see many other people here but the staff were very nice and the place was quite clean. The capsules themselves were top of the line but sometimes they’d get hot inside. Also the rooftop restaurant was pretty sweet too the view was great. Location to both malls were awesome. When I go back to Surabaya I’ll defs come back!

Great experience in a capsule. The staff were o nive and friendly. They are very helpful. The room is also clean. Tje capsule is awesome, clean, and comfortable. They provide hot water in every bathroom. Locker is available in every room. Breakfast is also good. Near to the bog mall and plaza, museum, and train station. Near to the downtown. I jut walk to visit some good place near this hotel. It was a great experience!

I stayed for a couple of nights in this great place, great service, great location, near shops, malls and train station.
Service is great, they tried the best and with good attitude to help you.

Clean place to stay, perfectly practical and comfortable, unique capsules will make you feel like staying in Japanese capsules hotel. Nice atmosphere, near city centre. The Eleven Cafe and Rooftop Bar is usually crowded but very alive and fun.

If you want to experience spending a night in a capsule, this is the place to go! I was worried that I would feel claustrophobic but the capsule is pretty roomy.
There is a TV (local TV channels), water bottle, blanket and towel inside each capsule. I stayed in female dorm and had to share bathroom with only 3 other female. You can lock your capsule from inside or outside if safety is your concern.
Their staffs are polite and very helpful.
It is a 3-minute walking from Plaza Surabaya and a 5-minute walking from Gubeng Lama Train Station.

1 room contains 4 or 8 capsules for single bed and 1 bathroom to share. It is pretty clean, semi private and stunning! Very recommended for travellers, good services, low cost and has strategic location.

My experience staying in here was very great. The capsule was really clean, smells good, and the television were clear. It really gave me the feeling of getting into a spaceship escape capsule. The capsule was around 2.1x1.2m i guess. Its spacious enough to move, manage your things. They also give you a key to a locker to store ur belongings located inside ur capsule room. The location of the hotel was reeaaally strategic and easy to find. Its in the middle of town, near main station of surabaya, Gubeng Train Station, also it was near a mall to ensure ur dinner and any other needs lol. However there is not any cable tv but hey, too tired to watch tv after a long day exploring Surabaya right?

It's a Good place, priced about 10$/night (I paid for about Rp130K) for a single bed, you get 2x1x1,2 room, with shared bathroom, breakfast and free wifi. You can laundry your clothes for decent price tol

I rent their compact room type. It has double size bed and private bathroom, also hair dryer and electric kettle.

Very futuristic place to stay in and the only one place with a capsule concept to offer double bed. If you want to know what it feels like to live inside an spaceship, then you must try it!

It was very comfy for a traveller like me. Near from gubeng station, you can get a walk only in 5 minutes, across the museum kapal selam. Cheap but satisfying.

They give an unordinary experience. The unique capsule, low prices, friendly and helpfull staff. Good location (its in the center of the city), Near Train stasion.

Stayed at other capsule hotels and this is one of the better ones. Customer service is good and the capsule is roomy enough. No problems at all.
