DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya

Stayed in the executive floor for business trip. Sadly did not get the chance to try the complementary drinks in the evening at the lounge.
The pool got nice view. Spacious area for relaxing next to the pool, cool tropical setting.
Great gym, new equipments from barbells, stability balls, up to the boxing punching stuff. Nice selections of music too, very disco and energizing. I had a great time at the sauna too because nobody else was there haha.
Breakfast was superb. The coffee is a must try!

One of the best hotel I ever visit. Love the surprise yummy cookie. The breakfast was amazing, many options, so fresh and the restaurant was very well designed.
Only one thing left.... the swimming pool was too small compare to such a beautiful spacious room. But I love the scenery from there.... the building skyline. Love it so much, especially if you stay on high floor.🙏🏻☺💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Truly a 5 star hotel.

The staff checked me in and was very friendly. The hotel is clean to the last edge and everything is well thought. The pool is nice and everything is easily accessible from the hotel .
But the true star is the gym, which is up to global standards and satisfied my intensive workout.

The hotel has a nice reception - large and beautiful. It was a nice touch to be given chocolate chip cookies upon check in, and flavoured ice water in the evenings. Rooms are average size, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide spread and had interesting local drinks that varies day to day. It was nice that they had kids cupcake decorating session to entertain them during breakfast. Kids club is nice and spacious, an enjoyable place for sure. The swimming pool is considerably small, gym was a good size. It was a comfortable stay, in a good location

We recently had pleasure of visiting Makan Kitchen DoubleTree Surabaya, and it was good experience. The employees are very friendly and respectful. We enjoyed having dinner here. Thank you to Setiawan who is checking on us time to time to make sure that everything meet with our expectation.
We are looking forward to returning here in the future.

A comfortable hotel for families or working. with beautiful views and comfortable for families. and the price is not that expensive and I think this is quite good for a holiday. I will return in the next few months with my family :)

A very good staying and holding activities experiences.
Although averagely the staff here cannot speak fluent English, they are the staff, especially the morning buffet restaurant, with full of passion and would LOVE to provide helps.
Buffet restaurant is good. There are more local food. The international customers can taste them without worries.
Room is good, and the hotel location is also good.

Good location which is at Surabaya city area. Room very spacious. All the staffs in DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya I encounter through out my stay where always friendly and smiling. Executive rooms with executive lounge access is a must try. Look for Resa or Akbar who always willing to give recommendation where places to visit and places to eat local food.

I booked one night for my mom's birthday. Her experience was amazing.

Check in was fast and easy. Even got the signature welcome cookie from DoubleTree.

Our request for a birthday greetings was also heartfully prepared. My mom was welcomed with a letter, birthday cake and mirror greetings in the room.

Based on her experience the room is clean and comfy. The beddings and pillows guarantee a good night sleep.

Brekafast served as a buffet and the choices are plenty. Taste is on par with other 5 stars in Surabaya. No complaints here.

The best part is the location. This hotel is situated right in downtown Surabaya. Only steps away from Tunjungan Plaza and the famous Tunjungan Street with its culinary selections.

The staff's warm hospitality and the comfortable rooms made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's central location was a bonus, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

I've made reservations for this type of room in another hotel, but I've never been satisfied like when I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton. I felt like I was special. Also, when I wrote a note that I wanted them to write a note about my anniversary, I got more.

Welcome cookies was great, my kid loves it, and they're generous on giving it, because my kid got 1 again during checkout. The room and all inside it was working well and so fine. The Koffee's Americano is soooo great.
Breakfast is great, many choices of food for me who cant eat gluten and oil-fried. Swimming pool's good, just good, not that great tho, it's not enough for 5stars like Double Tree, to compare it with the Jakarta one. The staffs are friendly enough.
But when my kid went there, the kids club playground is undermaintenance so she was a bit upset because she couldnt play slide.
