Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

Quite a good location if you are on business as it is combine to a mall for basic purchase, while offering a bunch of restaurant and alternative for business meeting's. They even have a bar which offers a great view (must go around 5:30 pm), the service was great, staff were polite and supportive and Paulina was very genuine.

Note: Was here on business but I think it can be a cool place for couples also as it is very convenient!

Everyone should agree that 4points hotel in Surabaya are the greatest among all, especially 4points Pakuwon.
The top notch points aside for the strategic location and the spacious modern rooms, is the staffs. The staffs are super friendly and super helpful, thank you miss Jennifer for the smooth check in process (hope I read her name-tag right).
Breakfast are great, various option of tasty foods. I'm not a fan of 4 star hotels food but this hotel breakfast is very recommended.
Very strategic location, not far from toll gate yet the traffic is quite challenging at peak hours. Hotel is attached to the Pakuwon mall, also many cafe and restaurant outside the mall by walking distance.

I went here for my holiday and it’s truly amazing. Very fancy and clean. The room that my parents booked came with an exclusive bath soap and a bath bomb that smelt amazing. The view was truly incredible as well. When we went down to get breakfast, it was pretty complete. But what really made me surprised was the service. The employees are super friendly and always asks how were we or if we needed anything else. I have a pregnant mom and they really assisted her well. The location was inside the mall so when we go out of the hotel we immediately encounter a mall ( Pakuwon Mall ) If I ever come back to Surabaya, Fourpoints will be the hotel. Thank you for the amazing experience.

I would gladly award this hotel more than five stars if possible, due to its exceptional service and prime location adjacent to Pakuwon Mall. The staff training is evident in every interaction; their professionalism and attention to detail are commendable. A unique touch that stood out was their respect for privacy: when I inadvertently left the "Do Not Disturb" sign activated, they thoughtfully placed a bag of fresh amenities outside my door instead of disturbing me. Having stayed in three different rooms during my visit, I can attest to the consistency in comfort and quality across the board. This hotel truly understands the essence of hospitality.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They always greet and smile at us. I had the most amazing breakfast at Djaman Doeloe Resto. The hotel is located in a great location. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to tourists who want to go to Surabaya. I'll be back to this place soon..!!!

I always amazed with the great service and hospitality from each personnels at Four Point Hotel Pakuwon! Rated as 4 star hotels, but their service are above and beyond (i would give lucky number 7 stars)! Simple things such as calling guest by their name, asking how are you, preparing complimentary snack at room, and writting the welcome card make us feel precious! I enjoyed the variant of breakfast menu (never get bored). The staff also proactively inform the benefit that you can get, such as informing the discount price for breakfast if payment done during check in! I can save about 40% ! Thank you so much

Feeling spoiled staying here! The staffs was very welcoming & the hospitality is at it best! And above all, the breakfast is amazing! Lots of choices, even the chef offers special made menu and they always change the menu everyday. My daughter had her personalized pancake that was pretty nice of the restaurant team. The coffee was ok.

One of the top recommended hotel in surabaya, for sure. I am a frequent traveller to surabaya for business and this particular hotel has the top service and best staffs in my opinion. You'll get an exceptional customer service for sure, trust me! From my arrival, Paulina was super attentive in having my keys in merely less than 5 minutes. Upon reaching my room, a personal touch from Yoga (duty manager) and Nanda (housekeeping) did make me feel very welcomed, not a common gesture i got from other 4 stars hotel. The greatness continued this morning during breakfast, where Bagus (sous chef) did pour me water on my tumbler, it was so touching, not many chef would do that, Bagus and Oka (seems like resto manager) even checked on me about the food and the breakfast in general. To put icing on the top, Evelien during check out was really helpful in sorting my delicate situation of leaving early from the hotel, not as per my initial plan. My family appreciate your help Evelien, thank you! Overall good rooms, good location but the most outstanding, Top Amazing Fabulous staffs

The seamless connection to Pakuwon Mall made my stay even more convenient, offering a myriad of dining, shopping, and entertainment options just steps away from the hotel.

The staff is super friendly. Lots of free treats for kids such as free gummy candy in check in desk, free cotton candy stall, free claw machine play. The breakfast is awesome, I love how they mixed the local element into the menu and decoration. Will come back next time.

Best hotel. Next to shopping mall. breakfast was great with local variety. it even has kids menu. other hotels on the under the same management won't even bother to cook menu for kids. The swimming is so simple, yet so friendly to kids, there is no many gimmicks.

Great place and the best room service by far! I’ve stayed at many hotels and my colleagues and I agreed this has the best service. I personally love cute things and the staff took extra effort to make my experience delightful. I come back to my room with a smile and I wish the staff would be acknowledged for his/her effort 😃

Perfect hotel for our purpose. Located adjacent to a huge shopping mall, it gives us the chance to do last minute shopping before heading to the airport. Plenty of restaurants at the mall to meet friends without needing to beat Surabaya's traffic when we have limited time in the city. It takes us around 45 mins to the airport (T2) with taxi that is very easy to get from the hotel (blue bird taxis).

The hotel itself is very modern, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded upon check in and the hotel staffs took time to write a handwritten note to welcome us and leave us some treats in the room. All the staffs are very friendly even amidst busy time with lots of guests needing their attention. The room and the en suite are spacious, and the shower has good pressure (very important!). Another thing that we noticed is that they put signs to keep quiet in the hallway, we found that people can be quite noisy in other hotels and they don't usually put such sign, so it is much appreciated.

Good variety of breakfast and very attentive staffs.

Overall, we are very pleased and will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Prime location, connecting to Supermal Pakuwon
Super spacious parking at B3 level.
The front desk lady is very helpful & kind, and the other hotel staffs are always very polite.
There are many treats for the kids at the receptionist area: gummy candies, popsicles & even cotton candies on Xmas day.
And the best service from the housekeeping staff, Mr. Rosid HK. The rooms are always clean & the extra service is heartwarming. Thank you Mr. Rosid 👍🏻

Great Location in west Surabaya, very convenient next to Pakuwon Mall.
The room clean, modern and superb facilities inc the modern gym

Has an entrance right into Pakuwon mall and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, but a little pricey.
