This spa is almost perfect for me, because they don't have any saunas. The overall experience is top notch. Ambience is calm and soothing. Massage beds are comfy. The therapists are highly trained and skillful, but maybe to each their own taste. My visit to Cozy is never disappointing. So it was sad when they had to close down for almost 2 years during the pandemic. Thank goodness they reopened!!

Nice massage spot in Jakarta. A good massage spot in case you miss the one in Bali.
Went there the second time during weekdays (21Dec) and the queue was much less than weekend. So better come during weekdays.

Just had two longhaul trip so a body massage is something that I needed so bad. Went to Cozy on 11Jul, 5pm, there was no queue, we had it booked so the process was fast. In no time I was already lying on the massage bed. It was a good session indeed.

Good news, now you can get shower after your massage session. Since pandemic start they would only do wet wipes on your body but now you can shower on the premises. I went there on 4th June.

Best place to get back massage and reflexology. Tardiness is a big NO here. Parking could be a challenge so public transport is better option

Cozy may be the best spa in Jakarta. All therapists are friendly, skilled and service minded. Im becoming a regular here! Recommended to book in advance :)

I never came home upset from this place. They got highly trained massageuse and they got this specific method called COZY technique which I think thats their value. Its my third visit here and all three of them I felt asleep in the middle of the session.
