Lovely place to take brunch. You have a lot of pastry options with different taste. The staff was amazing. You can visit here alone to enjoy the atmosphere or bring your loved one. They also provide baby chair for those who need it for the baby.

The restaurant/cafe is directly connected to the bakery. You access De Bun restaurant through the bakery. They have so many kind of pastries choices and ice cream. And so far all the pastries i tried never fail. I especially recommend their peach crumbs, they usually display it right on the entrance display. The restaurant not very my type, i just love the ambiance but the food is ok only. You can eat the pastries in the restaurant as well

Good service, the staff are friendly. The food was good the bread and dessert are excellent. And the atmosphere is cozy. A good place to hangout with friends after school or work.

Igor's is now, officially, my favourite bakery in Surabaya.

Everything looks great. What I had tasted better than it looked.

Price was less than I had expected.

My only complaint is that with such an extensive range of bakery items, it is very difficult make a selection.

Overall a really good place to get dessert. I love their matcha ice cream, which was gluten free and sugar free as well! However, I had a bit of an issue when my friend ordered fries but did not come out. One hour later, the waiter informed us that they had just restocked, hence the delay. It would be nice to inform us since the beginning.

Have been a customer of this bakery since first day it opened. Always consistent taste. The higher price is justified with the better ingredients we can enjoy. Love this bakery. Highly recommended.

The pastry’s awesome, the price is average but the service is not good enough because I’ve to wait for long time to get the news of high tea and take away my coffee.

They are practicing health measures to reduce covid by providing hand sanitizer at the front door, all staffs wearing face covering, and the display of the breads, cookies, etc are displayed in a round shape rather than in lines (paralel) like they used to. They also open a new restaurant next to it, called The Bun and all the menus I tried are delicious

They said that price come with quality, and it goes like that with Igor's pastry. Whole family like their pastry, and I personally like their cake.

Place if you want to buy egg free or sugar free or gluten free cakes , pastry, breads. One of their tagline is Fine Pastry. And their pastry is great. Crunchy but soft. Price little too much for my pocket, but its worth it. If you accumulate your receipt until IDR 2 million ofr 2 months, you can get free member card and will get 10% discount. So, that member card definitely not for me 😆
