Premier Place Hotel

A great little stay if you're flying out of the airport the next day. We were there just before Christmas so there was a lot of Christmas vibe from the music and decorations. I can only imagine what it'd be like on other occasions. We had a lovely meal in the evening, though we decided to go for a made-to-order meal instead of the buffet since it looked like a lot of bugs enjoyed it at night. The meal itself was lovely!
The internet speed is perfect for usage as I had a few meetings to attend at the time.
Furthermore, it's an amazing place to plan-spot too!
I couldn't find anywhere to have a quiet call with some colleagues, which was frustrating. I spent half my evening in a hallway and then started hiding in the conferencing suite to get space to call.
Nice for one or two nights near the airport

Good position. It’s near airport, just around 3-5km. They have transfer car to the airport for free. And include the breakfast.
The hotel is new and big with the pool.
The room is clean and staffs are friendly even some can not speak English.

A very nice stop while waiting for our flight. Good price, good location. Free airport shuttle and a very good masseuse by miss caca. Recommended!

Very nice. Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff, particularly Fajar who always greeted us with a smile and did everything he could to make us happy and comfortable. Very nice pool and pool area also. Common areas and rooms spotlessly clean.

Good value hotel close to the airport, with airport shuttle service available. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very we’ll accommodated and the dinners are generally very good. Rooms are good value for the money and location. We have stayed here a few times already. Recommended.

Excellent place to stay if you want to be near to the airport in order to be able to be at the airport on time - just a 10 mins drive . Hotel rooms are clean and have interconnecting rooms - good for families with extended family. They have in room massage service (ask operator how to book) and so far had good body massage after whole day tour to the zoo, walked under hot sun and faced the jam for every journey to each location .

Absolutely Awesome Hotel. Sumptuous Breakfast spread and a great place to live, near Juanda International airport.

This was my first time staying here, The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also good, located 10 minutes from the Juanda airport, and most very importantly, we got free shuttle from and to the airport. Of course, I'll stay here for my next trip.

Superb and handy airport pick-up service 👍👍👍 three thumbs up. The room is clean and cozy. Cold and comfy beds 🛌. There is a big sofa provided. The Wi-Fi connection is strong. Breakfast was excellent, really worthy with the price of the hotel.

Nice place to sleep overnight when you needed. Strategic location for juanda airport. Helpful staff and lot of choice food for breakfast, could you provide knife ? Its difficult to slice the bread with spoon 😁 … overall recommend hotel.

The hotel is clean and tidy, all facilities looks so well and organized. Food are good, staff hospitality is very nice too

A small yet a convinient hotel. Priced about 700K Nett (during that season) but we can check in google hotels for detail room rates.

I Love the exterior and interior.
The room is quite big, has a very nice interior decor. They provide 1 unit long sofa in the room. They choose the right paint (pastel) and good arrangement of the coridor lamps.. makes the hotel looks so cozy not freaky.
The bathroom is big enough and neat.

Most of all, it only few minutes from Juanda airport. But, you need some effort to find mini market around hotel.

Excellent place to relax near the airport. High standard hotel with nice staff and facilities. Pool is great, clean, room is comfortable, even if a bit small but big window bringing natural light in, free shuttle service from and to airport, excellent buffet breakfast, excellent food at the restaurant, sometimes live band playing at night. Would definitely recommend. Only down is that the pool area is in the shade after midday so can be a bit chilly, and no umbrella next to the chairs so can be very hot. Got a good deal via Agoda for 30€/night. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Worth it, keep doing great!

Fantastic experience staying at Premier Place Hotel!
Rooms are clean and good sized.
Breakfast spread was nice with good variety daily.
Restaurant was reasonably priced and food quality was good.
Customer service was excellent.
Overall a very positive and memorable experience.
Would definately stay there again and reccomend this hotel to other.

Had no idea before that this hotel is really comfortable. We're being offered a family room with direct access to the pool by adding 100K and it became an interesting experience for our son. The beds are nice, not to mention the really big TV and a long sofa. The staff is really nice and helpful. The food is also great with so many variations. This hotel is also provided a shuttle to the airport. However, we did get trouble with the wi-fi connection but it was not a big deal.
Definitely will come back!

A little over $5 taxi ride from airport to here. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Knowledgeable staff and close to airport. Don't go deep into Surabaya because traffic is horrible up there.

Hotel with great service that is located very close to the airport. There's a free airport shuttle. They have variety of food for their breakfast. Too bad i didn't stay long enough because I had an early morning flight to catch. If you're catching an early morning flight, this is the best hotel to stay in terms of value. The only downside is there are not much local stalls around it.
