The National Mosque as the biggest mosque in Surabaya. Not only for Islamic religious activities, either social and celebration events. Really nice architecture and interior. An iconic building in Surabaya, Indonesia

Beautifully designed mosque. Very big if you were to walk from one end to another. Parking is chargeable at Rp4000. Not many people there since it's the weekend.

Masjid Al-Akbar Surabaya is definitely a splendid masterpiece.

I made this mosque be my first destination in Surabaya in Feb 2020.
The area is quite large, the part attracts me the most is the turquoise dome, and the inner decoration is also impressive.

My mind felt peaceful when I sat in the mosque.

A group of kids came to the mosque, it seemed that the kids were taking religious classes here, the little girl who turned to look at me was very cute.

Wanna visit this mosque again.

Beautiful mosque with a beautiful architecture. Spacy with stunning details and remarkable tones. The beauty can be felt as soon as we enter the area, doing wudhu and then explore each of the corners. The water is clean, the wudhu area also clean and comfortable, there are countless ventilations that makes this building stay cooled even under the sunny atmosphere of Surabaya. In the afternoon the interior also stay enlightened with all of natural lightings. There is a water fountain in the middle of its landscape make this building even more cooler. An essence of such a masterpice.

This grand mosque is the second largest after the Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta

This mosque can accommodate more than 60,000 worshippers. The building which has 4 blue domes has one tower which reaches 99 meters high. From the top of the tower you can see the beauty of the city of Surabaya

This mosque was inaugurated by KH Abdurrahman Wahid on 10 November 2000 and became the pride of the citizens of Surabaya

Very beautiful and great place. The tower was magnificent. You can browse the entire city. Entrench fee was 10000/each.
When you visit, went to the security place located at the right door（near the tower).
You can borrow sarong there, if you wearing short pants. The security will guide you visit the mosque. They are very friendly. Don’t for got to tip him!

Al-Akbar Mosque is my favourite Mosque 🕌 The building is really nice. It's huge and clean. The architecture is just incredible. There is a school in Al-Akbar Mosque 🏫 They have a library, foodcourt, park, even fruits or veggies garden 🌳 Oh also before they had a basketball ring and tiny skate park 🛹

I love to pray there 💗 Cause it's just so peaceful✨ I used to spend my time there. When i feel bored or lonely, i just come there to find peace. Sometimes i play with the cats too🐈

MasyaAllah mosque beautiful, and large in Surabaya east java. You can pray in here comfortable, good food on the street hihi, but one of most crowded place on weekend night or holiday, toilet renov 🥰

The big mosque which is located in the south of Surabaya, is located in the middle of the office area and there are many street vendors in the outside area around the mosque. Access to this place is fairly easy because it is close to the toll entrance.

As the name suggests, it's actually the biggest mosque in East Java. It's close to the toll road and closer to South Surabaya area. The toilet is quite clean and the parking space is spacious. Many street food around the mosque
