Great spa experience if you’re in the main building clean spa services and great masseuse and staff. We have returned for a second massage and recommend the Balinese and Javanese massages!

Great massage from Fadila, wonderful overall experience at the spa

Have been to many spas but this is by far one of the best in Southeast Asia. Loved the thoughtful details like warm oil, perfectly set up bath, tasteful room decor and music, and scrub that was not too coarse. Massage was fantastic.

Wow, great massage and clean and fresh facilities, staff was friendly.. need to book ahead as number of room limited.. and not able to accommodate 4 people together at the same time...

몸의 긴장을 싸악 풀어준 최고의 마사지를 받았다. (Jawanese massage for 90 min. Highly recommended for body relaxation)
밤에 마사지를 받고 싶었으나 오전에 예약하려해도 이미 풀부킹 상태였음. 결국 체크아웃 후 밤비행기를 기다리는 동안 마사지를 받았는데 마침 프로모션 중이라 5성급 호텔 스파라기엔 놀라울 정도로 저렴한 가격이었음. 스파의 리셉션 직원은 모두 친절하고 설명을 자세히 해 주었다.
트리트먼트 룸은 호텔 객실만큼 크고 샤워실 및 화장실, 옷장, 소파, 세면대를 개별적으로 다 갖추고 있었고, 당연하지만 아주 프라이빗 했음.
마사지 종류는 리셉션 직원의 도움을 받아 압력이 센 Balinese 보다 긴장을 풀어주는 Jawanese 를 선택했는데, 선택한 라벤더 오일과 함께 몸을 풀어주는데 최고였음. 마사지 후 너무 좋아서 방 밖으로 나가고 싶지 않았을 정도.
이미 체크아웃을 했기에 마사지 후 바로 호텔방으로 갈 수 없어서 핫타월을 하나 더 요청하고 잔여 오일을 깨끗이 닦을, 수 있었음.
