New brand hotel in Cikarang, I am happy to try, clean, air conditioner could be a little more silence but it is ok. Fitness room and swimming pool well equipped and spacious

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nuanza Hotel and I am compelled to share the outstanding experience I had during my stay. The exceptional service from the staff at the reception, the delightful dining experience at AJ Brandon restaurant on Level 5, and the meticulous housekeeping service exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the hotel's reputation as a venue for functions, conventions, and weddings adds another layer of appeal to this establishment.

First and foremost, the reception staff displayed unparalleled professionalism and warmth from the moment I walked through the door. They were not only efficient in handling my check-in but also went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met throughout my stay. Their friendly demeanour and willingness to assist truly set the tone for my visit. Thank you Riska for attentively handling my receipts and deliveries.

On Level 5, the AJ Brandon restaurant left a good impression with its expansive menu and pleasant service. The variety of dishes offered is impressive, and I had the pleasure of sampling many of them during my stay. The culinary experience was generally good. I must commend the restaurant staff (Sawal, Atika, Roro, Ani), for their attentiveness and commitment to providing a memorable dining experience.

While most of the dishes met or exceeded expectations, I did encounter the occasional issue with cold vegetables on one or two occasions. However, I must emphasize that the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally.

The housekeeping staff at Nuanza Hotel deserves special recognition for their meticulous attention to detail. The cleanliness and orderliness of my room throughout my stay was truly commendable, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.

During my stay, I couldn't help but notice that Nuanza Hotel is a popular choice for various events, and it's easy to see why. The attention to detail and the effort put into making the setting very beautiful for functions, conventions, and weddings are truly remarkable. The hotel seems to have mastered the art of creating an ambiance that is both elegant and welcoming, making it an ideal choice for special occasions.

Overall, my experience at Nuanza Hotel was very good, thanks to the outstanding efforts of the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff. I will undoubtedly look forward to returning to Nuanza Hotel for future visits and will recommend it to others seeking a first-rate hospitality experience.

One of the best hotel in Cikarang, because the location is near with our home hahaha. Great place not with the view of Mulia Industry hehe. Swimming pool is amazing for our child play, there is a like jacuzzi with hot water for relaxing. My kids happy with all day play in the water.

the room is spacious and has a modern design, except for the bathroom. the bathroom glass wall could be more sophisticated. everything else, including the bed, the toilet seat, the cupboard are clean and comfortable to use.

they have ofuro, or a japanese hot spring. the ofuro is spacious and can fit more than 6 people. the temperature is not too hot, so it's comfortable to relax here for quite a while. next to the hot pool, they have a cold whirlpool. it's so cold, almost like a water from a fridge. they also have a sauna inside the ofuro area. mind you that men can use the ofuro from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. women can use the ofuro from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. next to the ofuro, they have gym too.

they also have a public pool on the rooftop, overseeing the city. they have a rooftop bar and restaurant. so many places to do activities, or just relaxing.

the staffs are all helpful and kind. the downside is that this place is quite far to reach, and is located inside a gated area. it's kinda hard for you if you want to go outside to just grab something to eat or shop. you may want to consider ordering the food online.

Individually this hotel is one of best in cikarang. I don't know how good for family group but best residence for biz travelers. staffs are a little bit busy but they do their best.

First time staycation and its worth the price, the variation menu of breakfast was awesome, The manager Mr. Iman, the server Mr. Mukti and all the staff was friendly..keep the good job ❤

What a great hotel experience here. The room are so tidy, so comfort, and also large enough for the suite type. The food are also very delicious, realy great for indonesian taste. The pool are so great with MBZ tol road view, there also a warm water too. I willing to have another night here spend with my family. Thank's a lot, Nuanza.

The hotel is clean and comfy eventho in the industrial area. The staff is welcome, the food suprisingly good with so many option. I got the good view from my room. The pool is windy in the morning but it is ok because there is warm pool. Will absolutely come back.

I've been arranged event here 2 times on their ballroom.
My team were setting the ballroom from night untill morning and the banquet supervisor didn't off but stay accompanied us until finished just for they can serve us for set up evenly.

4 starhotel feels like 5 star.

One of our best experience staying at a hotel as a family. We tried 2 types of room (premier/suite and standard double) and they were both superb compared to similarly prized/type of rooms. The room designs are modern and very well designed/suitable and practical to their functions. The rooms are clean. The staffs were very nice and friendly. Check in and check out process were smooth. There's a security deposit that must posted to cover mini bar/room service which can be used to cover other charges as well such as restorant (the difference is returned upon check out). Staff also can handle unexpected problem well such as a glitch in the system for our parking tiket validation. We were not charged when leaving the hotel even though somehow our plate number was not in the system yet. Breakfast is good, quite delicious and the selections are quite complete. Pastry (cake and pudding variety) is the only part lacking. Not the best we ever had but very close. Swimming pool is superb and very clean. Staff lend out towel to guesses and they clean and dry the surrounding area of pool constantly. There is also gym facilities and hot Sauna that guesses can use free of charge. Location is strategic (very close to entrance and exit of Cikampek toll). Overall this is a very good deal for the money. The only downside is this hotel located in an industrial area so not much fun activities or attractions in the surrounding and the view from the room is a lot of factories.

I came to eat at the restaurant for iftar. The food was great with plenty varieties of mainly indonesian food. Love the cendol and kolak! Really creamy and delicious. Thanks to Pak Mukti that helps us make our visit more memorable.

I think this is an underrated hotel that you must considered to stay in. The service is absolutely great. The lobby not so grandiose but luxury atmosphere can catch your breath out. The room is a standard 4 star hotel. The main cons of this hotel is the location, unfortunately, this beautiful yet luxurious hotel is facing up to heavy industrial complex. Other than that, a 5 out of 5 service is ready to embrace your visit.

Excellent staff and clearly trained in courtesy, friendliness and excellent service. All staff are patient, friendly.
The food is also great, located in the dining area with a lovely selection of seating areas. Great choice of cereals, sushi, juices, cooked food and the best pizza!
We have come several times. Because my son really likes swimming here. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Lots of spots to take pictures. The hotel is a great place to rest, and reflect on how grateful we are.

We stayed a night here due to relatife's wedding, a new hotel which everything are still on the great quality, the building, the facilities, the service, the warmness of the employees, etc. Room condition was good, they served variative foods for breakfast and i have to pay 67k for my 6yo boy (i brought 2 kids, 4yo and 6yo). Swimming pool is amazing, my kids had so much fun there. I only have 1 problem, it was the access to the hotel ☹☹

super satisfy with the service and facilities. clean and spacious room. mini bar and amenity. infinity swimming pool, kids pool, outdoor jacuzzi are superb. ofuro and sauna are also superb. you have to make reservation to use these facilities. fitness center with well equipment. also delicious dinner and breakfast. all those facilities are came up with affordable price. definitely will come back for another staycation. keep up the good work!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

One of the best value for money hotel that you can get. Service is amazing, rooms and facilities are well maintained. Definitely great for families and business travellers alike. They have certain rules that guests have to abide to and the good thing is, they enforce it strictly. That’s why I won’t recommend this hotel to people that are kampungan and gembel.

I recently stayed this hotel for a week and this is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed around bekasi area. Hotel Staffs were absolutely kind and gets you the best services you need. My favorite part of this hotel was the Japanese sauna and everyone of you guys need to experience it. I just felt like it was most comfortable hotel I’ve experienced and hope you guys will take my advice!!

Nice and great hotel at Jababeka, Nuanza 4 stars hotel is luxurious and has a great ambience, one of their offer is Ofuro, is like a hot water pool (onsen) with a Japanese style vibes. Very recommended and it is a suitable hotel to stay with your family.
