Always like shopping at Papaya Supermarket because the choices are quite diverse based on imported products from Japan whose prices are still worth to buying

The most preferred aisle is the processed food or beverage aisle. there are fresh alleys both vegetables, meat, chicken and fish. If you go to Papaya, don't forget to choose ready-to-serve snacks, such as salads, sushi, bento and etc

The service is friendly and helpfull. Easy to reach place, limited parking for cars and motorbikes

1. Don't forget to make a member so you can get points that can be used for shopping again
2. After 8 pm, ready to serve meals and snacks will be discounted
3. If it's the first time here (for Muslims) make sure to check the products marked halal. Because there are many products that are not labeled halal (supermarkets for expats)

High end supermarket with a variety of local and imported goods, mostly from Japan. One of the best places to buy quality fresh produce and meats. There is also a selection of bentos, salads, and Japanese snacks. And the jingle is catchy!

Papaya is one of chain supermarkets I trust a lot, no matter in Surabaya, Jakarta or Bali.
The service is excellent.
As like Papaya in Darmo Permai, komugi can be found, the difference is the restaurant platter is available at this branch.

There were varieties of good products and some of them are imported. The choices of meat are also vary, such as salmon, chicken, beef, etc. There were also choices of onigiris, bentos, kaarages and many japanese cuisine and beverages that you can usually find at Japanese supermarket.

This is an "international" Supermarket bringing you various goods from different part of the world, mostly Japanese groceries and snacks.
If you're looking for an unusual stuff, papaya usually have one in stock.

And also they have this Japanese chiller full of daily made foods. Such as bentos, onigiri, noodles, soup, sushi, sashimi and etc. Discounts after 9!

I loved this supermarket. They had everything we need, not too big so didn't make us confuse and tired. There's 50% off discount for selected items of Japanese dishes like donburi! 😍

This is my all time favorite supermarket. It's so well organized and clean. It carries fresh meat, fish, fruit and a wide range of japanese food and seasoning

You can find imported goods here, mostly Japanese snacks. They also have their own brand Japanese condiments like mayonnaise, ketchup, etc. There is also a section of Japanese foods and snack, and all of the are fresh. Fresh produce? Don’t worry, they have it all, from fruits to fresh meats. Got tired from shopping and want to hang out a bit? You can buy snacks from the food stalls near the checkout counter. And like any other Papaya, there’s also Komugi bakery, it’s worth to try too.

Japanese produce-based supermarket that sells fresh produce and ready meal alike. Their collection is great but the imported stuff price is rather steep. It will be very crowded when it nears 9 p.m because they put 50% discount to every ready meal everyday.

Vast selection of Japanese foodstuff; snack, sauce and spices. Well lit and air conditioned place makes for a better shopping experience.
Pre packaged food tastes good, however the portion could be improved.

Never get bored visiting this place, especially to buy daily goods. You can find Daiso items, good quality of fishes, coffees, milks and yogurts, snacks, fruits and so many more. They also sell some yummy Japanese onigiri, bento, and Komugi store there!

Good Place, Good Quality, Good Price

This supermarket provides a lot of japanese products, and also some korean products. We can easily find japanese seasonings like curry paste, mirin, etc (I forget what exactly). Aside from that products, I saw that Papaya also sells cooked products like kimchi, takoyaki, mochi,, japanese croquets, and various skewers. The choice of fruits and vegs are also lots.

For muslim friends, however, be extra careful because many of the imported products are indeed haraam, like containing pigs, alcohol, etc.

Your best choice if you're looking for Japanese items such as cooking spices and seasoning, snacks, tea, beverages, liquor, also food. They sell Japanese bento and some fried foods too, like those you usually find in Japanese supermarkets. The wet groceries sold here like meats, seafood, fruits, beans, and vegetables are always fresh and in excellent conditions, some are organic produts, but come with quite expensive price too. My favorite here is I can find Haagen Dasz, Baskin Robin, also Golden Cake. And there is mini Daiso too.

Cozy supermarket.....you can fine delicious sushi rolls, bakcang surabaya, japanese croquet, etc.First floor there are supermarket ,japanese resto, rujak cingur and lontong balap stand, tradisional cakes.Second floor there are toys store and Garden Plastics.Outside the supermarket, there are laundry and serabi seller(Must try).

Who doesn't love Papaya Supermarket? For those otaku person, definitely will! Most common Japanese food, you can buy here and if you lucky to come by at 20.00 western indonesia time, you will get half price discount for any kind of fresh food.

expensive but worth with international product,on 9p.m., papaya have discount for japanese snack,sushi and selected item. on the front before supermarket,there a SERABI SOLO shop,the serabi is so delicious. i dont like serabi before,but indonesian traditional food there is delicious. there have fujiyama resto which more japanase fancy resto...on second floor like a mini daiso,but not the same price. actually i often go there because the ATM.

I like the admin of papaya.. the one who reply people's text on that white board.. he/she is a good person.. we need people more like him/her in this cruel world.
I adore the way he/she reply the text from a kid named "lovely".
The kid said her name, and say i love papaya.
