ASTON Sidoarjo City Hotel & Conference Center

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The modern interior of the rooms added a stylish touch to my stay, creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a delightful variety of delicious options. Overall, the positive and accommodating service, combined with the modern amenities, made my stay truly enjoyable.

I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the staff at Aston Sidoarjo during our third visit. Special thanks to Receptionists Aldo and Melani for the wonderful surprise they organized for my wife's birthday celebration. We highly recommend Aston Sidoarjo and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The room is nice and comfortable and The bathroom is also clean... The staff are friendly and under the hotel there is a place to eat crispy chicken, and above there is also a swimming pool..... The location is also good, near the toll road

It was my 2nd time to stay in this hotel. The room was maintaining clean and spacious. Additional cookies as a room snacking was a plus. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was nice. Gym area was too small. I dropped my plan to gym when there were already people there. Not enough space anymore to utilize the equipment. Food is fair, i didn't try much. Morning view in poolside is amazing. .

Originally, we stayed at this hotel in November and it received positive feedback from our mom. As a result, we made the decision to return for a staycation in December. Initially, we only planned to stay for one night, but we ended up extending our stay for an additional night because our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool. There are several positive aspects to our experience.

Firstly, the rooms were spacious and maintained a high level of cleanliness. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the complimentary chipmore and butter cookies. The presence of a water cooler in the corridor outside the rooms was a brilliant idea as it gave us easy access whenever we desired.

Furthermore, all members of staff, including security, reception, restaurant, and housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool area stood out as particularly fantastic. Moreover, the hotel's convenient location near an Indomart and a family karaoke venue next door was a bonus. Another positive point was the strong wifi signal.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hot water pressure was disappointingly slow, and it took quite a while for the AC to cool the room, usually one to two hours.

Despite these minor negatives, overall, we are definitely planning to come back for another staycation in the future.

The best hotel in Sidoarjo, the location of the Aston Hotel is very strategic, in the morning the air and views are very beautiful and pleasant. Moreever, the staff service is very good, when you enter the lobby you are immediately greeted warmly by the doorman and receptionist, FOM at Aston Mr. Indra is also very friendly with guests, very responsible. The rooms at Aston also look luxurious, the facilities are nice and good. Thank you Aston Hotel😊🤩

Nice hotels with clean rooms. Friendly and courteous staff. The AC does takes a while to cool the room. Great looking pool and breakfast area. Location is off the main drag, but that is a plus, not noisy from the traffic

My stay at the Aston hotel in Sidoarjo was truly phenomenal. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staffs were extremely friendly, and the front desk customer service was simply outstanding. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast at the hotel was also excellent - there was a wide range of dishes to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. Although some of the other guests staying at the hotel were a bit questionable at times, this didn't detract from my overall experience.

Overall, I highly recommend the Aston hotel in Sidoarjo to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. With great amenities, excellent customer service, and delicious food, it's an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

I have stayed here quite often; yesterday I gave a romantic dinne-surprise to my husband here, and I received extraordinary service and coordination. I stay in executive room on the 8th floor with great view, location near exit toll Sidoarjo, the room was very clean and comfortable.. for breakfast they also had several traditional menu..

Had a good Staycation experience.
Clean & comfort room, helpful & friendly staff, good breakfast. Affordable price for additional pack of breakfast (less than 50k, if I'm not wrong).
Swimming pool is not too big, but clean and well maintained.
Quite place, not in a crowded area but not too far from central of Sidoarjo city. Good choice to stay.

This is a new hotel and the rooms are larger than other hotels we have stayed at in the area. Spacious and very clean. The only downside is that it is on a new housing estate and there are not many food options within walking distance.

Aston Sidoarjo is a very comfortable place to stay. The location is somehow far from the crowd and perform nice services

Clean room, nice service. a lot of variant culinary, and nice interior with modern looks

Of course you will love to live in.
First, the facilities has accomodate more than required.
Also I love the interior design, it was joyful for family and for working at the hotel. You also will have a large size and conform room even for two adults and a toddler - look at to the photo I've shared.

For me, this will be my desired hotel when visiting Sidoarjo next time, unless if my destination is more than 20km from the hotel 😊

Pros : Will come back again for another business trip. Food is ok. Nice and helpful staffs. Surrounding area is good for a morning walk or run 🏃‍♀, you can get 5k easily with nice road, but still need to be careful with cars.

Cons : Can hear noisy band or karaoke from my room...but the song is good, can sing along 😅. I guess it came from the restaurant across.

Good for business trip. But not really for family staycation. There's no playground or any kids activities. Breakfast was good. I tried rawon iga kahuripan and the food was delicious. Deluxe room is quite big. Very clean.
