Great place to stay. Our first choice to stay during vacation because it's located near Surabaya Town Square, museums, and other touristic sites, plus the staffs are very friendly and welcoming.

The room was very large and the bathroom was spotless.

The staffs were very friendly too. I had problem with my room's AC at the middle of the night, and they directly allowed me to switch to another room.

The only thing that can be improved is the WiFi signal (as in my room on the 9th floor, the WiFi Signal was very poor)

The views of downtown is a lot better than the other side.

stayed for 1 nite on 7 des 19. its in the heart of the city. excellent facility. we had to swap rooms twice due to AC not working. luckily the staff quickly responded and helpful. we did not try the wifi nor restarurant so hopefully they are good. for a no fuss hotel, Sahid is excellent.

Old and legendary hotel at the heart of the city of Surabaya. Strategic location near the shopping mall and train station. Nice breakfast and comfort room. Good attitute of the senior staff.
