Verwood Hotel

So far this the best budget value hotel for family vacation, good service, cozy room, dont worry about air condition it was cool all day long, i recommended this hotel for family staycation.

It was a nice hotel, the pool is almost always empty so if you swim there it feels like a private pol lol. the room is nice but some of the facilities are kinda old, the refrigerator needs fixing because I left a bottle overnight but it didn't turn as cold as i expected. the breakfast buffet is nice, there are lots of choices for the main course, but the bread and pastry could use some improvement.

Allthough years already gone by but this hotel still deliver. Their children play ground right in the lobby is an oase to our kids who were cramped i the car along the trip. Breakfast is above standard too..

Been here twice and it's still be my favorite. Pretty affordable for big room plus bathtub, are you kidding??? Obviously i love it! Also the location is suit me very well, not in the crowded area, no cars honking, "peaceful" even in the big city like Surabaya

The price to value is good.. or maybe its because i got a discounted rate..
Room is a lil bit old, but still amazing, hotel lobby and restaurant are fancy and mesmerizing.. i would love to stay here everytime i go to this city.. with the discounted price i got of course..

Old hotel and already renovated, cheap and the gym small but wow. Swimming pool very cloudy but still swim-able.

The food's variety is sooooo much.
There are Main Course, drinks, beverages, Soto Daging, Steamboat, Roasted Chicken, and many more.
The place is so clean, and tidy. Staff always ready to take the dirty plates. Sooo good!!
The restroom so big, but unfortunately, the urinoir is little bit yellowing.

This is a lovely hotel. Me and my friend stumbled across this hotel and are so happy that we did. They have a really tasty buffet where you can completely indulge yourself, the staff are very professional & nice to be around and the rooms are so comfortable. I would recommend.

Pleasant experience!
Despite my confusion at first, because the exterior of the hotel was... Not maintained well. I wasn't even sure if the hotel was still operating. But I have made my booking so it must be. And when I came to the lobby and checked in, and entered the room... I didn't expect the room to be that good!

It was a newly renovated interior (I was in deluxe double bed room), it was bright and really soundproof. It even smell like hotel room and reminds me of my childhood, staying in a hotel with my family while on vacation. Despite the fact that I couldn't go anywhere outside the city because of "mudik" ban. The TV channel had many choices and my son loved that it got Disney Junior. We all slept soundly that night.
The hot water was nice, it got clean bathtub and an old (but working) fridge.

I remember went here to eat at the restaurant around six years ago, when it was Somerset Hotel. The exterior looks were a lot prettier, the tennis court and all of the facilities was still functional (they're now closed due to COVID), and I remember that I wished to stay here someday. But I know things have been hard lately since COVID came. Maybe that's why they can't work on the exterior and the facilities just yet. But the room itself was real comfy. It got great price, too! I hope they can manage this crisis well. And I do hope to stay here again sometimes :)

Very nice hotel with a friendly team of staffs that would serve you during your stay in verwood hotel.
They have a lounge located in the lobby.
And also have a restaurant that serving breakfast, lunch and dinner located on the second floor.
This hotel also facilitated with the swimming pool and gym.
The hotel is recommended for short or long stay, and for business trip, leisure or family holiday.
There is a serviced apartment with one, two and three rooms units are available for daily stay.

Perfect hotel for you to have a rest. With good services, you can enjoy your rest! On the 2nd floor, there is some restaurant with delicious foods and drinks. You can choose bedrooms with 2/4/6 beds, bathrooms, etc. It have wonderdul views inside this hotel. The room's price inexpensive (you can see detail information on Google).

Breaking fast with 80 friends at this hotel was very satisfying. Reatoran is quite extensive and good. The buffet food presentation does not wait long for the restatement of the little leftover food.

one of a great place to stay while in surabaya. the hotel is located in west surabaya area. Verwood is not only offer hotel room to stay, they also offered serviced apartement which match for people travelled in a group. the hospitality from hotel's personnel are also great. Even though this hotel is one of aged hotel in Surabaya, but they still well maintaining each detail of the hotel which made this hotel is very comfortable.

Formerly Somerset Hotel. I assume, it's has been renovated because it looks nicer and fancier. Just wandering around their lounge, buffet and meeting room, looks nice. Food taste good, just good.

Classic 4 star hotel of Surabaya

the place is nice especially near the swimming pool, all the food is pretty decent, at night especially on the stairs to the parking lot is very scary, not much directions.

Nice, clean and tidy place. Always love to return here anytime. The rooms are spacious, attractive children playground and cozy swimming pool. Children friendly...love to be here 😍

Nice hotel and so friendly with my baby. Serviced residence make it as the best hotel in Surabaya. Will be back again for getting swim.
