Very comfortable bed. Good location as it is not far from Juanda airport. Good spread of breakfast choices. Cheap room service food. Clean and well kept. Coolbar and safety box available.

everything went well.. not muchhassle for check in, except they can only gave me 1 room card.. breakfast just okay.. AC in my toom was top notch providing me enough temperature that i needed..

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is very satisfying, the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is quite strategic on the side of the road, easy to access anywhere. The level of hotel security is also very good and satisfactory.😇

Stayed here en route to Bali, and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Not even a scent of smoke in the room (non-smoking room), and a hairdryer was provided. Breakfast was nice with some local options. Staff seem to be few in numbers, however.

Overall pleasant stay, decent price.
Food also generally nice.
Room is quite clean, well managed.

Only suggestion is to ask your staff to always wear masks esp in public / customer facing areas, as health protocol is very important in hospitality industry

Loved my stay! Close to the airport and busstation, super soft beds, and they are very sustainable! Only thing I wished is that there were vegetarian options on the menu.

Great service. Room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is okay n standard but not many variations. No mineral water in room but there's a dispenser for drink in front of elevator.

I found a new hotel that was almost perfect, the price was quite affordable, the service was very good, breakfast varied every day, the wifi was quite smooth and there were no obstacles. in terms of cleanliness is very good. lift access using a card.
because this hotel includes a new hotel, there are still builders.

Business hotel with adequate amenities and great food. Go to traditional corner for your breakfast. Absolutely delicious .
The only downside is there were yellowish and reddish spots on the sheets and towel.

Travel hack for the day : book from Trip.com to get the reasonable price for Neo Room 😂😂 spacious room with refrigerator, sadly eventhough I requested 1 double bed yet I still got the twin bed due to full booked. But the staff were great, super comfy and clean!!!

A newly renovated hotel near Juanda International Airport. They have convenient store and cafe within the hotel area.

Dining area at the lobby level is comfy and welcoming. The meeting room located beside the dining area, so it is accessible to everyone even for the one with wheelchair too.

To wrap it up, this hotel is suited for the one who want to explore the city without going to far from the airport.

Stayed here for few times and the room was always sparkly clean. But the parking area was bit insufficient tho. I mean, it was an open area and it doesn't cover the vehicles when it rains. Love the minimart tho.

Such a cozy place to stay with minimalist and eco-friendly concept. There are no plastic bottled drinking water. You can fill the pitcher with drinking water at dispenser in front of the elevator. Rawon menu at neo+ restaurant is strongly recommended for you guys.
