Delonix Hotel

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. First and foremost, the room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It's modern and clean design, along with the amenities provided made our stay enjoyable.

But what truly made our experience exceptional was the friendliness and professionalism of the entire hotel staff. They were welcoming and incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and information about the hotel services, especially Miss Erna the receptionist. We felt highly value as guests. Must try the Ofuro and the Sakana Resto.

I recommended Delonix Hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation and outstanding service in the area. Thanks to all the staff who made our experience so delightful.

Sedikit masukan: Untuk penempatan piring makan pada saat sarapan, letaknya terlalu tinggi. Bagi saya yang tidak terlalu tinggi ini akan sedikit effort ketika mengambilnya. 😅

I worked here 12 years ago and came here for a short staycation to show my husband my first office. It's still beautiful; in fact, it's even more amazing than before, honestly. It feels like you're not in Karawang, lol.

The room is amazing; we stayed in the Golf View Premier. We did a little exploring around the neighborhood and the golf area. It was nice, relaxing, and peaceful too. I think you guys should recommend it to every guest who comes from Jakarta, haha! Oh, and the hotel provides bikes for free to use.

The breakfast is good, and the staff is super helpful. The only small problem is with the chicken katsu; one of the bites felt off. I informed the staff, and the manager came to our table to apologize. It's not that big of a deal, but it wasn't pleasing.

My husband said, 'This is not going to be the last time we come here!' Haha, well, okay, sir. Next time we come here, we will try the Ofuro!

I've been eyeing Delonix after my 1st visit before covid era, and now found a perfect opportunity to really enjoy the stay. I booked the golf wing room (and if you want golf view, you need to search for golf view room).

the room, bed, amenities, services, breakfast are all awesome and meet my expectations. All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Dela who help me to check in and arrange a schedule for my ofuro bath and the bellboy/security? team who help me find my way to the ofuro.

apparently the ofuro operated from 10-10 on weekend, and 4-10pm on weekday. for female guest, need to reserve it 3 hour in advance.

I really love the tranquility and ambience of this hotel, although it's located next to highway, it doesn't feel like it. The ofuro is the highlight of my stay! I'll definitely will come back for other occasion.

Arguably the best hotel in karawang for family trip. I have a lovely stay with my family here. Thankyou for front office ms. Erna to make sure everything i inquire during reservation met its needs.

This is one of the best hotel i could ever visit in my entire life! My 2 day stay feels so worthy with the price they are having, even they go above and beyond!

First the room! It's very spacious, 42 square meter (that's what it says on the web) with a balcony, a proper cool AC, a cable TV that actually works and shows a good quality picture, a Bathtub, very good hot water flow, and they got you a Pantry with a real refrigerator not just a chiller shape like a safe case.

The hotel is being surrounded by lots of trees... It's very calming and refreshing! Karawang is a heavy Industrial City, but the area where this hotel located seems far for being polluted (but maybe it was also because of raining during my stay), they got many garden and trees, it is so relaxing! The pool is not so big, but it should be enough for a short water fun.

The Ofuro is also great! They offer you 3 Pool, with 2 pool offering you different heat level temperature, and the one is a freezing hell pool to ease the sore on your muscle. Oh! They also got a Sauna in it, so if the heat of the pool isn't enough for you, gets in the Sauna and get that sweat out of your body. (If i can remember, the operational Hour is from 10am to 14pm continue on 16pm to 22pm during weekdays, and 10am to 22pm during weekends)

The Breakfast is also one of the best, something i find it quite unique is they provide Yakult that you can actually gets freely during your breakfast buffet, and i fell in love with the Fish they are serving on my second day of staying.

The staff is very friendly, and polite, and kind! Very very kind and they will greet you whenever you pass by

Hidden jewel in the forest of factories. Feel like in Japan, but still in Indonesia. The room is spacious, clean n super comfy bed. Enjoy the breakfast, soo Japanese type. I really enjoy the onsen after long day of activities.

Quite spacious room complete with amenities, good service and friendly staff, but stinky environment at some spot of waste water outlet outside guest rooms.
