Harper Cikarang

Here for the 1st time for a business trip and the team at Harper made it a smooth one. From reservation to airport transfer to daily shuttle to the company. Would like to give special thanks to Mr Idris as well who was friendly and helped to make the daily commute a comfortable and safe one. Laundry was also very timely given each time and breakfast had a variety. Thank you to the Harper team!

Came back here 2nd time for business trip. Staffs are very welcoming, securities and counter like Ms Erin always with warming smiles and ready to help whenever you need. There was a time where I forgot to turn off my car lamps and went out for dinner, the security went beyond to search for me at the restaurant! Very warming and helpful! Will be the go to on the coming trips.

We had a pleasant stay here. Good service from the staff especially miss okta, the room is quite comfortable, the pool is small but most kids can probably still enjoy it. But what I like the most is the breakfast, lots of food choices and the taste is also quite good.

The best 4 star hotel. Very friendly staff in all places security, reception, waiters and especially receptionist Okta who did a great job. Food in the restaurant is still the best compared to other 4 star hotels. The rooms are nice as always with a nice smell. Harper Cikarang is perfect for business or leisure guests.

I had a great experience at this hotel, and the outstanding service extended beyond its doors. The hotel's driver (Mr. Jeni) who transported me to and from the establishment, was not only punctual but also incredibly courteous and professional. Their knowledge of the local area and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of convenience and warmth to my stay. I commend both the hotel and its driver for creating a seamless and enjoyable hospitality experience.

The stay was a great experience. All the staff members were amazingly helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The front desk, room service, house cleaning, restaurant,staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Some of the many wonderful staff I encountered were Okta (Receptionist) . I’m afraid I have forgotten the names of many others, but they were all fantastic. They met our conference group with smiles and friendly and genuine greetings and were always available at the hotel by phone and WhatsApp. They went above and beyond at every opportunity. I was very pleased by how available and eager they were to help.

Paid for early check and all you can eat breakfast. The foods are delicious and we got compliment foods for free. They serve different menus for the next day and the taste is good.

There are various channel in their tv cable. The room is clean.

We used the pool and the gym which are not crowded.

It is worth the price to stay here.

Hotel Harper provided a great experience during my stay. I was here during a meeting from work but never faced any hurdle in enjoying their services. Good service from Okta, good food, friendly faces, accommodating every need. Worth the money spent

The location of this hotel is quite strategic the availability of rooms is quite clean, neat and quite spacious, the bathrooms are also clean and there's plenty of tissue... but because this hotel has promoted going green, a dispenser is provided for refills for drinking water. and The receptionist is very friendly especially ms. Okta

The location of the hotel is quite comfortable to stay and rest while in Cikarang. Friendly staff who always greet and serve optimally. Special to Mr. Regi who provided a solution regarding restaurant menus that are suitable for those of us who are slightly allergic, to Evitauli and the team, thank you for being able to provide a different user experience.

Hotel is lovely, staff at reception and in the bar and bistro were exceptionally nice , friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean with everything you needed.
Very tasty food in the bistro bar!
Unfortunately I did not have time to try the pool and hot tub and this visit but hopefully next time…
I would recommend highly and I’m am sure I will be back here again for my next work trip

Clean and tidy room. The hotel staff service from ( OKTA )is friendly. The location is quite strategic. Room prices are also affordable. Good breakfast food, lots of variety, lots of choices.
The location is strategic, close to hangout places. Next to the hotel there are starbuck ramen and ikudo, as well as minimarkets such as alfamidi and also small cafes.

Great hotel,good food, good service..thanks a lot to the reception ms Ely,ms Erlin n mr Yunar security,they help a lot during my husband stay there.. they always fast respond when the guest need help, and they always make sure everything good..
