Very good service, the initiative of reducing plastic and using recycle comb was absolutely fantastic.
The staff also very kind and work with higly commitement and responsible.
The food also very nice and plenty of choice, the price itself was reasonable.
My regards to all staff, can’t say more but thanks for the commitment and service.

Nice and simple stay at Industrial City
Clean and comfort room, very complete amenities. They have hairdryer too in each room. Very responsive staff, our key was lost but they kept in and return to us in lobby. Swimming pool was kids friendly.
Everything in the room was nice and complete, minus the TV wasn't Smart TV only regular TV Cable.

Great Quest Hotel Experience

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Quest Hotel Cikarang! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and restaurant, were top-notch and added to the overall relaxation of my trip. I was also impressed by the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend Quest Hotel Cikarang for a fantastic stay, and I can't wait to return!

almost has 5 star in all aspect

need improvement :
1. attitude restaurant staff (breakfast session) they busy with loudly chit chat, instead of ready to serve the guess
2. towel quality - this the worst thing, day 1 check in you will get good towel, buat the day after you will received rumpled or even ripped towel, again and over again as I stay intermittently almost one and half month

Stayed here for New Year's Eve with my big family. Suitable for parents to bring babies and kids to stay at this hotel, because the room is clean, has spacious bathroom, water boiler in the room, and water dispenser outside the room. More importantly, it was very quiet even during New Year's Eve (couldn't really hear any fireworks near the hotel, only the ones quite faraway). Stay here to avoid the city noise 😊 Breakfast was good, they have plenty of food varieties from Indonesian food, western food, breads and pastries, cereal corner, and egg station just outside the area. Also, there is a very well-designed bar & lounge downstairs. Perfect for private events too, as it has indoor and outdoor seating. Oh and the kids love the infinity pool overlooking the sunset!

Room was clean. Pool is nice and gym facilities are maintained in a good way.
Breakfast was not good enough in taste , but overall the hotel is OK.

A proper hotel nearby Hyundai Lippo Industrial area. A good place for weekend recreation too. Quest got a swimming pool with good view, gym, and restaurant. By the time this review were made in 2021, the room is still new, lavished, and fresh. This hotel is located near Meikarta District Mall for you to have a proper dinner with good music lounge. Enjoy.

The Front desk staff she is so helpful and friendly. The room was ways bigger than my thought. So I got a large room for my self!

Rally recommend this hotel with the price and facilities. They got the swimming pool also.
But, when I wanted to order food, some of them were not available, maybe because they runout of the ingredients.

Overall, stay here if you need to do business trip, or visiting your relatives, or even doing hotelcation.

Hotel bersih, pelayanan ramah, extra amenities, tarif affordable, breakfast menu standard rasa enak, pool n surroundings okey ..overall is more than just ok lah....looking forward to visit this hotel again...

like the atmosphere, calm, away from the crowd, the service is good, there may be suggestions for a more varied breakfast, but so far I am satisfied. Cheers up 👌👌
