Java Palace Hotel

I stayed here for a short business trip meeting with my team.

The presidential suite is very amazing: it has 2 separate rooms; 2 dinning tables, a living room and a service room. Overall experience was amazing.

Thanks to Mr l. Herwin and his teams who provided us with a delightful experiences during our stay in this hotel.

My family have stayed here and celebrated my Son's 3rd birthday and we were delivered a wonderful life long memory by Java Palace Hotel and team.

Special mention to Ms Nay who was very patient and friendly , accommodated all our requests and ensured that we had a rocking & Cherishing Birthday event !! Thanks again Ms Nay.

Let me start my review with their rooms -

The room is elegant and spacious.
The furniture is intact.
The washroom was big and spotless.

From outside , it may look as very old hotel but Trust me the rooms look very Modern.

Coming to food, I loved it. Please note i am very specific when it comes to taste and Java palace hotel didn't disappoint me a bit.

Cons -

Not really unless someone is very specific about a crack on shelf or a tear.

Overall I would love to come back again and enjoy their hospitality.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve come across. The rooms are HUGE and service is excellent. Staff are friendly and always available to help and assist. The wedding venue upstairs is amazing. I was there in the rainy season so i did not use the pool, but the pool deck and pool area is lovely. Value for money and worthwhile the stay.

Simply a great business hotel. My family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at their spacious and well kept suite room. the engineer fixed the problem with our bathtub in a short time. other staffs were also very polite (front desk, restaurant, bar, security and also housekeeping). Breakfast was surprisingly good with many options including some Korean food. This place is a really good place for short staycation!

Perfect location for business trip around Cikarang area..room was spacious clean and tidy..staff were very kind and pleasant to stay for 3 days..definitely will come back again for business trip.

I spent my holiday here with my family and this hotel was comfortable for us.

The staff is really helpfull since first time we arrive at hotel.Breakfast menu is good with international and local taste.They have also some food promotion such as lunch promo with good price.It's really recommended for everyone who wants to have lunch with nice ambience and low price.

Overall , we felt so comfortable and satisfied to stay here.Thank you Java Palace Hotel , we'll going back here when we go to Cikarang again.

I've stayed at many hotel in Jababeka and this is my favourite. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great steak in restaurant, but very close to other dining options. Rooms are spacious, beds are good quality, no complaints at all.

I had to quarantine here so I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities outside of the room but it was a nice stay. Big room. Food was good and staff was very accommodating. Referring some of my friends here for their stints in quarantine as well.

Recommended for a close and simple staycation near Bekasi, has good Internet speed >50mbps, 3ms latency, youtube & netflix ready tv, nice facilities (sauna, hot jacuzzi, pool, gym), good variety of breakfast and only 5 minutes walk to nearest mall.

Simply magnificent. Wide rooms will welcome you offering a series of commodities and facilities. The building is in the golden heart of Cikarang,I have stayed here several times and each time it is a very great experience. this place is recommended, and I will come back every time I visit Cikarang.

The hotel really takes Covid-19 as a serious matter. This can be seen by the advanced equipments they provide in front of the lobby for guests' sterilization. Various foods provided at the restaurant for meals. Swimming pool is also available here.

Strategic location, easy to access and it was nice to know that the hotel next to 'patung kuda' statue so basicly everyone in here (cikarang) know the exact location. The food is awesome. Complete and vary. Rooms is good, clean and spacious.

Nice and clean hotel with comfortable bed. Good wifi connection. Management very active to greet guests and all staffs very courteous. Keep it up

Big Room and tidy.

Breakfast was great with lot of choices food. Including indonesian, western and indian.

Full facilities with golf course and cafe for karaoke.

Try the health drink, a combination of veggies and fresh fruits.. Green and refreshing, also the Taco Fussion, last but not least, the WiFi is very strong.

I was enjoying the coffee and some snacks, nicely please and cozy. Very recommended for stay and enjoy with the foods. Staff very friendly and warm welcome.

Best hotel in Cikarang, large room, large parking area, romantic dinner at swimming pool, sauna, very friendly staff, delicious food, will back again for holiday with my husband

It is the most excellent hotel where I’ve been.

Generally the facilities in hotel and the room I found there were good enough. Also it has standard-class hospitality.
