Hotel Ayola Lippo Cikarang

yesterday i booked a junior suite room, in the morning i called them just to tell them that i want to check in early. it turned out the room was under maintenance so i was downgraded to an executive room.
the rooms are nice, there is no dust around the property, they provide free takjil as compensation and they also delivered my breakfast to my room exactly at 3:30 am as per my request because i was fasting.
very spacious bed, nice bathtub for soaking.
the staff called me once to offer a better hairdryer.
overall i liked it. the rooms are good, the service is good.

This is by far the best hotel (in my opinion) in/near Jakarta!!
The staff is absolutely friendly and some of the most beautiful people inside and out, that you'll meet in all of Indonesia!!
My daughter was having separation anxieties (first time away from home in a foreign atmosphere) and as a Dad I feared for her life as she was having a breakdown. I never ran so fast in my life getting to the staff who helped me get into her room too find out that she was safe.... I will never forget them for this and they will always have a place in my heart forever...❤❤
I'll always come back to them when I visit my parents again. I owe them for so much help and they offered so much help.

Okay, on to the review.
Our room was bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable, sheets were super clean and pillows were nice and fluffy.
Bathrooms were very clean and glass walls were spotless!
Bidet was just right too.
The hallways were clean, the entrance was very pleasant to approach and the doorman was absolutely a perfect gentleman.
The breakfast was awesome and the wait staff was outstanding. Very polite and was always greeting us with a smile...
This has to be the best hotel we've stayed at in Indonesia. I don't know why we didn't see the Ayola sooner, but either way I'm glad we found it.
I will advise to my followers on X and Instagram to stay at this hidden gem whenever they're in the area. How can I not tell people to stay here when my own personal experience was as good and heartfelt as this stay was?

This is the second time visiting this hotel, but not to staycation, just another agenda, break fasting during ramadhan. The food is delicious, from appetizer, main course with arabic cuisine and sweety deserts. Various local sweet porridge to indulge your appetite until authentic arabian hadramout rice. Recommended

We held a meeting here and we ran into zero problems. The staff was on stand by to assist us so it was a very pleasant experience. With a moderate price, it was such an amazing experience. The room hall was huge with high ceiling. Many hotels around cikarang had a short ceiling and they were all quite suffocating, so Ayola provide better option with cheaper price

Nice clean well run hotel ,warm polite welcome at reception from Intan and her English was excellent .Rooms and facilities are great ,breakfast is good ,other restaurants and water park very close ,easy and quick to get Grab taxi .We had an enjoyable, relaxing stay

I didn't stay but I accompany one of my friend staying here. It's overall OK for 3-star hotel.

Valuable price with friendly staff. room is clean and comfortable to stay. recommend to stay here if visiting the places nearby. with this price u cant find any room with breakfast from Malaysia.

I enjoyed my staying in Hotel Ayola. The room was really cozy and the good thing with this hotel is that all rooms have the windows with ourside view. The facilities in the room was very nice for such affordable price. The hotel's location is very convenient, very close to food vendors and convenient stores. I was glad to stay there during the weekdays as I got very good price with very nice room and facilities.

Excellent and convenient hotel if you are in Cikarang or Bekasi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel has restsurant but also in front of hotel plenty of possibilities to eat. Car park is available in basement. Hotel is in Lippo area. There are plenty of restaurants in this neighborhood. Hotel visitors can use the Olympic swimming pool next door.

Very good service, staff are very helpful.

Staffs were friendly and explained things clearly. Refrigerator wasn't cold but we had replacement. Looking forward to make other stays there.

Room service is kind, but i don't get flip flops on my room

We were using two rooms, and the hotel give us rooms with connecting door (that was a plus in service!). The rooms were clean and tidy, all bathroom amenities, but they didn't provide with slipper in the room. Breakfast was quite a lot of choices, ranging from omelette, kimchi, pizza, bread, toast until traditional indonesian foods, fried rice, porridge and deserts.

The place is great, the people are friendly, the hotel is comfortable with affordable price

The hotel staff were so good. Facility was also nice. I definitely felt they were trying to improve their service, even though they might have something unperfect.

It's a newly built hotel, so the room was really clean like a 5-star!

Everything is good except the Water Pressure too weak for a comfortable shower
