Kasih Ibu General Hospital Tabanan

I came to Kasih Ibu hospital after having severe food poisoning and other symptoms. The staff are so incredibly warm and welcoming. They do not hesitate to help you in fact, as soon as I walked in I got to lie down. The nurses are so caring and kind and make sure you are always comfortable. I got a room on the third floor which was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. They bring you frequent meals and water that are perfect. The doctors and nurses are always patient and ready to help, and are never judgemental. Thank you so much Kasih Ibu hospital for the amazing help! I would recommend anyone in need of hospitalisation to come here, for an overwhelmingly positive experience.

My wife had a terrible head injury on XMas eve 2023, She was rushed to the nearest hospital ,so Kasi Ibu Tabanan it was.
From the moment we arrived at immergency I knew she was in good hands.
We had to pay a small fee ( wich is normal in Indonesia), to get my wife checked up. In other hospitals it is a disaster if you can not show your insurance papers right away.
The hospital is very good equiped. CT, MRI,XRay,....
And the staff is trained to act when they need.
ICU is so good and the nurses treat you like a human, not a number like some other hospitals.
After 4 days in ICU ,she got her own room on the 3th floor. Clean , big , well equiped.
Also there, big thanks for the nurses.
I recommend, if you have to go to a hospital, don't hesitate, go here.

I was treated at Kasih Ibu hospital Tabanan for 3 elbow fractures that happened because I fell to the ground while I was completing the blue loop at Jatiluwih rice terrace. I was immediately taken care of by the hospital's international emergency department. A doctor immediately relieved the pain and arranged for x-rays. The information collected was immediately relayed to an orthopedist who requested a scan for additional information. An anesthesiologist was quickly available to do the scan under anesthesia because the pain prevented me from doing the exam normally. The orthopedist came quickly to examine me despite the late hour. The operation was quickly organized for the next morning. The operation lasted 5 hours. The orthopedist exchanged detailed information with me about the operation and the actions performed by him. He made daily visits to monitor the progress of the treatment. The stay in the room was perfect with all the care team staff who were always attentive to my well-being, always available, professionally carrying out care procedures. A big thank you also to the administrative team who were cooperative in contacts with my insurance which covers my hospital costs. A thank you to the management for the delicate attention of bringing me comfort with a basket of flowers.

My husband recently injured his foot requiring surgery. The doctors and nurses were very proactive, caring, and kind. They performed surgery immediately and his stay was for three days ensuring no infection and everything was well. We appreciated all the help, assistance and understanding they have provided us. Our family was here in Bali on vacation and all the fears we face experiencing a major emergency while visiting an unfamiliar country was quenched. They staff was very patient while minimizing our worries and informing us to the utmost of their abilities. Wonderful care and we wish all those in need of care the same blessing we received. I used to go to Siloam hospital, because it’s well known under foreigners. But my friend advised me to go to Kasih Ibu as the service level is supposed to be very high, higher actually than the foreign well-knowned one. And she was definitely not wrong! The service level was great!

Today I came in with respiratory and coughing issues and I was helped amazingly well. Important to mention is that the staff were really focused on YOU and took the time for you and to talk you through further steps. Instantly I felt at ease although it was a new hospital for me.

The staff is very transparent about the cost. They first shared the costs in forehand to sign off before proceeding. Ask, when you have a KITAS or KITAP you will get different (cheaper) prices, they pro-actively informed me about that. Very good!

Anyhow, the business of this hospital is way less busy then I am used to and all went amazingly smooth. Very pro-active and friendly staff. The GP also has great knowledge and made sure I got tested as much as possible to get to the core of my health issues. Digital invoice and medical report (in English) were sent to me by WhatsApp and I had it within an hour!

I will go to this hospital from now on for immediate checks!

I came to Ibu Kasih after being stung by a scorpion. I was admitted very fast to the emergency station, and had to stay hospitalized for 3 days. It was a very painful experience, but the staff took excellent care of me. The doctors in Ibu Kasih are very professional, and nurses are angels. My hospital room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend that hospital to everyone in need!

The service provided by the front desk staff is both professional and friendly. I have visited multiple times, and it has consistently been satisfying. No complaints during the care provided by the healthcare professionals. Both doctors and nurses serve wholeheartedly. It was a dog attack, the hospital staffs tried everything to help me and also provide a lot of support with the insurance application materials. I cannot finished the vaccine for it has to be done in 21 days because I am going back to China, they also make a very clear schedule for me to continue the vaccination in China, it is so great! I love them! Makes me feeling so safe and better with Bali. But I still cannot like Bali dogs anymore!

Diagnosed with Dengue, I was happy to stay in this hospital. The nurses were awesome. My internist Dr Fajar was outstanding: the professional and well thought service was the best I could possibly want.

My mother was hospitalized because of some skin infection. The emergency staff was so helpful and efficient. Dr. Tri Pradipta took a good care of my mother, he explains everything clearly.
Also want to say thank you to all nurses at Ayodya.

overall great service but need to speed up billing process, only one cashier is not enough she is overwhelming

The hospital was very accommodating when my partner was in a motorbike accident - very speedy recovery and made us feel very welcome the entire time.

I couldn't recommend this hospital and the staff enough. They are all amazing!! From emergency to operation to recovery room. All staff and doctors are above and beyond with their services. They walked me through the whole procedure, even what happened in the operation room.

I stayed for 5 days here at room 302.
The room is clean, tidy and has a good atmosphere as well as easy to reach the nurse.
My favourite here is dr. Fajar as a friendly, smart and always listening what's patients feels. He serve a comfort consultation during the treatment. I like all nurse at Ayodya pavilion, nutritionist and Kumala as my best friend in KIH Tabanan. 🫰🫰

I had a bacterial infection and the staff took such great care of me. The nurses were attentive and translated the medications they were giving me to English so I could understand. I was sad to be in the hospital during my holiday but I could not have received better care. I am very grateful.

Super clean and well run hospital. Stayed here for 4days while being treated for dengue and typhoid. The nurses are lovely and made my stay very comfortable. The hospital was very helpful in contacting my insurance. A lot of the staff and Doctors speak very good English so the administration and medical advice was easy to navigate. Thank you!!
