Swiss-Belinn Airport Surabaya

I recently stayed at the Swiss-Belinn hotel in Surabaya, Indonesia, and I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.
Overall, I had a great stay at the Swiss-Belhotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Surabaya.

I chose this place because it is near to Surabaya Juanda airport. I did not know there was free airport transfer until I booked my Grab ride. Hotel staff are friendly and check-in was a breeze. I like the amusement park area which is a form of night entertainment for the locals.

I stayed in this hotel for about 10 days. The staff are all very polite, and the service was great throughout my stay. Prices are great, and there's easy access to the airport with no risk of traffic.

I had breakfast and lunch there almost every day. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Indonesian and western options. I never got bored of the food since there was always something different to try each day.

Note to anyone planning to book a suite - there is some really loud live dangdut music coming from a pasar malam area on that side of the hotel. It goes on until around midnight, but it wasn't an issue for me since I wasn't trying to sleep that early anyway. When we extended our stay, we got a room on other side of the hotel and it was much quieter.

Usually I stay in Swissbel Tunjungan when go to Surabaya. Suddenly I have to go to Surabaya,due to Swissbel Tunjungan Fully book. I suggest to stay on Swissbelin Juanda. so it's first time I hv stayed in Swissbelinn Juanda, as usual stay in Swissbel (I hv member SSBEC as 7 years ago) the room so clean, Crews so Familiar and the food so tasty.

This hotel is clean, organized, and friendly. The staff is always ready to assist in any way. The food and drinks are top notch. Diah Perwita Mustikawati really took the extra steps to make sure my stay was going smooth as possible. Best hotel service I’ve experienced. Stayed here for 4 weeks and didn’t experience anything negative. Good job you guys!

Very recommended close-to-airport accommodation. Really nice breakfast with many choices, including jamu.
The free airport shuttle service is certainly a plus.

The hotel is close to Juanda Airport, quite comfortable with the facilities available.

The staffs were so helpful and friendly.
Cleanliness is no doubt. The room, the bathroom, the pool, the toilet are well-maintained.
The menu for breakfast was so varied, from the appetizer, main course (many choices), and dessert. They also provide western-style breakfast.

Overall, I have no complaint

It was a nice experience staying in Swissbelin. I like the ambience, the super clean room, luxury facilities, and the breakfast are awesome! Definitely a perfect accommodations for a business!

Stayed there just for a night. Booked Grand Deluxe but came late at night & the room was given to somebody else, so they upgraded my room into Suite Room. Thanks Swissbel.

Overall, the Suite Room is clean, spacious & comfy. The bathroom is also nice with bathtub. Bed mattress was ok.

The downside is only the cafe dangdut just next to the hotel. So noisy in the night & really annoying. Please consider to improve the sound proof so that the guest who choose this room in the future won't experience the same thing.

The Best Hotel in Juanda Area,Excellent Service, Fast Respon for FO Staff and F&B Service Staff at Barelo Restaurant during Breakfast time. Good Value, Clean Room, Good Facility, and Tasty,delicious for Food Asian fusion Lunch buffet. Ala carte Menu Numere uno for the Food & Beverage choice. Keep it Up! Felt as though you're in high-end hotel. Warm decor for deluxe queen's room. Very suitable for those seeking quiet surrounding. Absolutely friendly staff as for most Indonesia people. Strongly recommended for those catching flights the next day using hotel free shuttle. And more importantly no traffic jam to beat from hotel.
