We were pleasantly surprised that we had a better experience than during our stays in other 5-star hotels. Would love to come back in the future!

Staycation, Executive King on high floor

✨Great points:
- The view is superb. Nothing blocked the building so we can enjoy central Surabaya view from above.
- Albeit small, the facilities were lovely. Jacuzzi and sauna are well maintained, had a great time decompressing here.
- The vanity sink might be one of the most brilliant ideas for hotel room design. The open space bathroom makes the room feel more spacious.

🤔Things to improve:
- We found several black spots on the bed sheets. The staffs were quick to response and changed the sheets right away though. So all good in the end.

Everything in here is perfect. It become my first hotel option if I go to Surabaya. The bed and pillows are fluffy and comfortable. The well coordinated light and clean room are impecable. All the food is delicious, but it will be really appreciate if the ice cream was prepared an hour before so it already frozen by the breakfast time. Service was helpful and friendly.

Said it's 4* hotel but they have 5* hotel room, service and facilities.

The staff very helpful, friendly and fast response. We reached late for check in due to flight and traffic but the front desk has prepared everything and confirmed our rooms in minutes. A good impression 👍🙏 The rooms are clean and specious. The house keeping gave us personal touch on the room arrangement everyday, so sweet 😁🤗 Thank you..

Not to mention the breakfast. Woww... feels like big buffet 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 so many variety to choose. From local to western, from traditional kue to pastries and ice cream. Jamu, bubur Madura, fried platters. Really satisfied my craving of the hometown food 👍well done.

Im not staying there, but i have been there for an event as a keynote speaker. I can see the meeting rooms looking fancy, the hotel worker was so friendly and fast response to handle the customer needs. The food looks delicious and really served well. And the important one, they have incredibly big toilets on their meetings floor, and it's very clean. So i have a positive impression on this hotel, even though I only have a brief meeting there.

I came to Morazen Hotel for Dinner iftar, they really have nice set up dinner, with various foods, from arabian and indonesian and many more

I had only heard about the Grand Dafam Signature Hotel in Surabaya as a brand-new building until my friend mentioned that even the President had stayed there. It piqued my interest, as top government officials usually opt for 5-star hotels.

During my one-night business trip stay, I can confidently recommend the Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya. It's a fantastic alternative if you're tired of the older upper-star hotels in the area. Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel, there's a subtle touch of luxury evident in the lobby. I particularly admired the lobby ornaments.

The rooms were clean and equipped with standard facilities. The gym was impressive, and the indoor pool was delightful. Luckily, it was quiet during my stay, allowing me to fully enjoy these amenities.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. They greeted me warmly and offered a refreshing welcome drink during check-in, which was a departure from the norm where guests are often left to help themselves. I requested a letter for proof of my stay, and they promptly provided it without hesitation.

In terms of location, it's perfect. Situated in the city center, it's also close to Gubeng Station. If you fancy some shopping, you can simply head to Surabaya Plaza next door. Looking to relax? A short walk will take you to the renowned Rolag Kayoon. Personally, I found the location more vibrant and lively compared to other upper-scale hotels in the Basra Street Area, especially around Kayoon and Pemuda Street.

One unforgettable moment was when I left my tablet in the hotel room and only realized it after a few days. I called the hotel, and fortunately, my tablet was securely held by their housekeeping staff.

In conclusion, I want to express my gratitude to the Grand Dafam Signature Hotel. It will undoubtedly be my first choice if I return to Surabaya.

Starting from desember 31st till january 3rd at king rooms.. Wonderfull rooms, with big pillow.. Big rooms with sofa and smoking avaiable...

4 star hotel with 5 star quality. I'm basing this in comparison to other Indonesian hotels and not globally.

The check-in is fuss-free, and you can access your level with just a tap of your room card. The deluxe king room is great and even has bolsters (something you do not see in hotel rooms these days).

The breakfast buffet spread is tailored to Indonesian cuisine with a touch of international food. Facilities include gym, sauna room, swimming pool at level 6 and mini games at level 7 (mini pool and mini table soccer tables). They offer 90min or 120min spa & massage packages too.

Well done Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya..

Very nice and clean room. Staff was helpful and cordial. Not very big swimming pool but it was kids friendly. Our most notable experience was the breakfast, it was impressively tasty — one of the best buffet breakfast we’ve ever tried.

Located in the middle of Surabaya city, it's easy to commute to every popular place here. Before I booked, I did some comparison (price, location and most of all: food variation on breakfast time)

Among the rivals (include 5 star hotels), grand dafam is cheaper and numereous people compliment their breakfast
Decision was made, we chose to stay here and no regret at all.

Though we had problem on the first day (water leakage and it's not really their fault + we didn't blame them at all as it happened accidently), grand dafam reassured us. They can handle problems really well, hats off!

The bed is comfy, even my husband can sleep easily. They provide bolsters too. Most of all staffs even memorized my name, it's so amazing.. Such a great hospitality and wish we could come back here in the future.

Thanks to grand dafam (Mrs. D and team) who makes our first couple trip went well. Feel so blessed to met her, she was really helpful and compliment us with many things. I would say that their service is something hard to get even when you stay in 5 star hotel.

We also tried their pastry, taste good even I just ate it today.. no wonder this hotel is usually full occupancy during weekend.

We stayed here for one night before flying out.

Our room was fantastic and the huge bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was really nice as well. We were on the 16 floor and had a view of the city.

The staff are fantastic.

Like the other reviews the breakfast was amazing - there is so much choice and plenty of options for vegan and gluten free.

The pool is nice but the jacuzzi and sauna was the highlight.

Totally recommend staying here.

Had a corporate event at this hotel. All things are doing as planned, thanks to the helpful staff (mbak Irene & team) and the great ball room.
Room is spacious, comfort and clean.

First time trying Grand Dafam, room is great with decent price - room service also ready till late, helpful when i need to work overnight. Excellent hospitality shown from I checked in until i left the hotel.

They also located in city centre so it’s easy for family / business trip.

The interior is nice, there are complete facilities ranging from rooms, meeting places and children's play areas. the food is also delicious with a wide variety

I am impressed with the nice clean room and 5 star hospitality. Will definitely come back!
