Give it a chance! This hotel is in an strategic place and easy to access. All of that combined to the great value "what you pay / what you get" makes it one of my favorite options when I am on a budget.

The room is clean, you can refill your bottle of water, the service is excellent, the staff is super helpful and humble. I am definitely coming back.

Excellent location, bang in the middle of Surabaya.

The room was small, but clean. The washrooms were clean too with hot water, though there is no separation between bath and toilet.

It features a restaurant where you can order in room service as well as a warung-style kopi shop downstairs.

The towels seemed a little old and worn out.

Overall, a good budget stay in central Surabaya.

For the price this is one of the best and cleanest hotels I have seen anywhere in the world. The only reason I reduced a star is because I cannot open the window - even though there is a huge gless window to let the light through it is fixed. But the room is clean, bright, colourful and well appointed. If I had a kettle. toO it would have been perfect. But for Rs.1600 per day including breakfast with sameday booking ( I booked 2 minutes before I checked in) and it was rapidly getting filled up. I would reccomend Pop it for a stay anywhere in Indonesia based on what I have seen so far.

One of the favourites for budget hotel. Facilities were fair for a budget hotel - you didn't get full room equipments for free, not even a pair of slippers and soaps. But you did get a pair of towels. The room was clean but relatively small. Located not too far from the city center, but poor public transport available - Grab/GoJek certainly the best choice for commute. Overall, a fair place to have a stop in a budget hotel

Room is normal standard for 2 star hotels, the bathroom is inside the room so room is separate with it. There's no table and chair... Location of hotel is far from any restaurants, except their own restaurant. It's just near from minimarket (Indomaret) and 2 hospitals.

The place is so strategic. We can easily find it. The room is also cozy. Overall everything is great

Budget friendly hotel that is located right in the center of town. Very close to Surabaya Town Square, Surabaya Zoo and many other public places. The room i stayed in was clean, they changed the towels everyday. The room conditioning was great while the hot water finishes quickly at night. They provide 2 mineral waters everyday and the tv channels were adequate enough for daily basis. I chose the room with no breakfast so i didnt have the opportunity to review anything about their foods. The unique thing is that they also have a digital bathroom scale in their lobby for you to weigh in your luggage! So you can never go wrong with over loaded flight baggage. Overall i had a good stay and will probably stay here again if i had another chance to go to surabaya.

The great hotel budget, love it 😍 the room is clean, comfortable. Interior so unique and modern minimalist. But the window is too small . But i love the sticker in lift doors

Clean room, nice hot water, comfortable bed. Too bad the pillow is a bit hard. But the TV Cable is great and internet is super smooth. Great place for an overnight stay.

The hotel is strategically located at jalan Diponegoro, Wonokromo Surabaya. The hotel is near several great places like : Surabaya zoo, Suro & Boyo Statue, Taman Bungkul Park and RKZ Christian Hospital. The hotel provides guest rooms,some meeting room, Janji jiwa coffee stall, parking lot and 24 hours Receptionist. Juanda internasional airport is around 60 min away.

The location is in the heart of the city. The convenience store is just minutes by walking. Near the zoo. Toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided. Cute and colorful concept shows that the hotel is for young dynamic people.

The place is modest and kinda small. But it is worth the price since it is located in the center of surabaya city
