Went there for short trip with my friend. Hotel staffs are friendly and their services are really good. The location is strategic, easy to go everywhere. There are restos near the hotel so it easy to find somethinf to eat, beside there also several attraction near the area.

I was there to collaborate with Surabaya English Conversation Club. The first get in at Cleo's room there is a welcome drink that they serve for visitors. They have cafe integrated as meeting room as well but not that really private since the concept is cafe and meeting rooms. They open for any collaboration I guess! cause every 2 weeks there is ECC have an event there. also the way they serve everything is so excellent and so friendly feel like you in home!

It was a quaint & very clean little hotel situated right in the heart of Surabaya town in Indonesia close to malls and great food outlets. The decor is similar to Tune KLIA2 except for the color scheme. The staff were extremely friendly as are most Indonesians and made our stay excellent. Thank you to Ms Angger, Ms Puteri & others there that made our stay a memorable one.

Cleo is very nice... The room so cozy and clean. The attendants so helpfull. Very good for family or bussiness trip. You can find any kuliner around. If I come to Surabaya again, I will stay there again

My office choose this hotel for me to rest while I'm in business trip, it a pleasant rest, clean hotel and friendly staff, also near local food and easy to take a transport.

Great Hotel. Lovely atmosphere. Bathrooms might be considered small for westerners but overall great experience.
