Fukudon Cafe

This is a good cafe that I have been to many times. It's located in a posh area in eastern Surabaya with a lot of parking lots available. The interior is quite good and Instagrammable. Their foods were all great and consistent. Their menu consists of Japanese comfort foods. The coffee was strong and quite decent. The staff is very knowledgeable and can explain the menu with great details. Overall I have a positive experience in this place and I really like it. Will visit again soon.

When I first came it was very calming and the waiter immediately showed me to my seat. The menu has many options to pick from and is very clear. After I ordered the food, it came out at a decent time and it was delicious.The drink that I ordered was lychee tea and it was very refreshing. The place is very clean and also had free wifi which the internet is very fast. Overall it was a good experience.

If you are looking for an authentic Japanese cuisines, I don't think this is the place. A relatively small cafe/ restaurant that has its own dedicated coffee bar and it is known for its delicious rice bowl. The ramen there is standard, it is not that delicious but it is not bad either. Overall, the place is clean, customer service is standard, it has a nice calming vibe, price is a bit expensive but it is still reasonable. Just a good place to chill and eat rice bowls after quarantine :)

The food is good! The place is a bit small, but quite homey. Parking space is huge since fukudon is a part of the san antonio shopping street.

The best donburi I've ever had in Surabaya! I recommend you to order the gyudon or grilled chicken if you can't eat beef. The pork belly is also very unique! In other words, actually almost all of the dishes are tasty

Very quite and cozy, excellent Japanese-themed place to have some "me time". Food is a bit pricey, but the taste and portion makes up for it 100%, and you usually go for coffee or any other drinks anyways.

The facility to co-work with colleagues, and with a laptop, is complete with charging plugs under every table.

There are two seating options, the inside (primary, non-smoking) and outside (upper-backyard balcony, smoking).

I really love this place. The foods tasted so good and the place was really cozy. A nice place to hang out and have long chats with friends. The waiters are so kind and smile all the time. Sadly because it's a new place, the seats are rather limited. The menu was not that much but not that limited, too.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere and interior design. The food delicious and come out fast. We ordered tea and the water is free refill. The chair is totally comfortable. Great place to have a long conversation with friends or family :)

I love the ambiance of the place. The place is a cozy place for your coffee o'clock, or even for casual dinner with your friends. The waitresses are also very patient and friendly, so they have good service for customers. Their food and beverage, however, are quite expensive. But, the taste quite worth the price :)

A very nice place. Provides awesome self innovated Asian (mainly Japanese) fushion meal and coffee by a pair of brother and sister. The staffs are really friendly, but the upselling attempt are a bit overwhelming. The beverages are bit expensive but really nice. They always improve themselves.

Cozy cafe serving great food, coffee, and desserts. Ambience is nice and staff is friendly. Had a great experience. Only downside is that it can be a bit expensive, but is definitely worth it.
