Upon arrival, you will be given a queue number and will be required to fill out a form before entering the building. I recommend bringing a ballpoint pen and a writing pad. Please note that electronic devices such as phones, laptops, and cameras are not allowed inside.

Once inside, the queue moves swiftly, and it is essential to have all the documents properly sorted. I recommend filling out the visa application form at home beforehand. In my case, the passport can be picked up in 4 working days.

One important thing to note is that the morning slot is designated for visa applications, while the afternoon slot is reserved for passport pick-up. Make sure you bring cash and and right money (uang pas) when picking-up your passport.

sadly it doesn't have a dedicated parking lot, so people going there would typically have to park illegally. dropped to 4.6 points just because of that, but still more than 4.5, so 5.

The visa application procedure here is quite easy and the staff are friendly. If you are hungry, you can find a food street vendor close to this consulate.

I came here for applying a visa with my Indonesian friend. They impose strict security restrictions on us and collect anything electronic such as smartphones and laptops. I'm not sure if Apple Watch or something like that are allowed. So, which means you can't carry any e-paper like PDFs or screenshots. Required to prepare physical documents. Inconvenient. Feels like technology stands still inside. Red tape in a good sense.

Guards don't seem to understand Japanese well. Staff understand Japanese very well, naturally.

I came here after 11.30 AM which is close time for visa request, but when the guard know that I came from other city they let me in after confirmation with inside staff. Good service, the staff very polite & helpful. Thanks 🙏🏻

Very friendly staff and officer. The building looks intimidating from the outside but trust me it's very warm inside. The staff and everything are so lovely.

everyone is helpful and friendly. need to find somewhere to park tho, so its easier to go there by public transportation/online transportation.

When you look for this place the entrance is from jl jawa. Jl sumatera is big. Not the one close from siloam. So you need to go to jl gubeng then jl jawa. This place you will not notice from left side.
