Marvell City Mall

The Mall is started to have crowd after having some amusement facility. It is one of nice place to spend time with your family and friends in Surabaya City. The location is strategic - in the center of Surabaya city.

One of the best experience i have in this price margin. Clean room, very helpful and kind hotel staff, tasty breakfast, would love to stay again.

This mall is still nice, but the shops are little. You can buy a lot of stuff from here like shirts, drinks, food and etc... floor 1 is the Cita Hati school, which is being rented because of renovations on the old school which is located in Pakuwon City.

Located beside the apartment, many tenants are open in here such as traditional Indonesian restaurants, supermarket, and drugstore. There is also a cinema on the 3rd floor alongside with the food court serving mainly the specialty of several Indonesian cuisines (Eastern Java region).

For the main aspect in the food court of this mall; tasty foods and beverages but unfortunately the 3rd floor food court was very deserted even though the foods were satisfactorily tasty…

Hopefully the developer will consider to rebuild and this whole mall in the future. So that the tenants and people working here will grow significantly. Cheers!

p.s. I did enjoy the time I spent here almost everyday for 5 days long vacay

Visit the Nordic Cafe at Marvell City Mall. Friendly staff, various choices of menu. $$. Fast Wifi. Comfy seats, great manual brew coffee experience. Recommended place to visit with family, to WFA, meet up.

Nice place and perfect for you who don't like crowd, there is cinema, and also Lotte Mart (groceries and home stuffs) gym and fashion shop also exist here. Children playground as well. If you like boardgame just go to Vault.. My fave place is outdoor area.. There were some people selling foods and drink also there was live music everyday

Here’s a photo of a not-so-good spot in Marvell City. Not only because it shows the lack of maintenance but also, if you zoom in, you’ll see a bunch of workers sitting on the couch and minding their smartphones. This place is dying due to the pandemic and I feel sorry for everyone. It’s getting common to see broken tiles, dull and dusty wall, etcetera. The most depressing moment was when I tried to have a good time watching movie at CGV. The tenants in front of it (food stalls) were having absolutely zero customers. I hope it’s just me going there in a wrong time in that day, and I hope everything and everyone is doing better now.

For many time enjoying this place but today we can't move forward to take our dinner because unrealistic rule they make. When I ask the guard can you explain why he couldn't explain for us. And he also confused. Mall suppose to be the place we can enjoy and relax. So sad 😥

Another one of best place to hang out with friends in Surabaya. This mall quite complete, there is indoor and outdoor space. There is apartement, cinema, supermarket, restaurant, cafe and shop fashion too. The parking area a little bit crowded and confusing, but large enough

Love the cinema theater. Amazing place to watch cinema, to enjoy the day with ur frenz since lots of cafe and food court here. They have day care also, and it was a great place for children, lots of fun educational toys are there and with profesional attendees.

U can also shopping for ur daily amenities at adorable price.

This mall is quite good. Actually this place has two different buildings. The one is lotte mart and some stores, and the other is mall with stores and apartment. These two buildings are not really connected i think. You have to use stairs which is quite stiff for old people.

I came here during pandemic. So, I don't know what it was before the covid strikes. But, currently there are not much happening here. Most shops are closed and they don't have many shops to begin with.
The food court is located at the very top floor, however half of them is not open. Those who do open offers discounted package.

It is quite new. It has been occupied as a shopping center since 2016. There is Lotte Mart here. Around Lotte Mart you can find some stalls selling food from all around Surabaya. Should you need something to drink, you can order some cold beverages at some stands close to the Lotte Mart. CGV Cinemas will be the best choice to watch some movies here. For children, they also provide a playing area. Last, coffee shops can also be found around its terrace.

This mall is one of my favorite place to hangout, they got CGV, Cafe's, mart & various food court. But now this mall is not crowded anymore coz of the pandemic. Hope everything will be back again

The mall is quiet nice ! 😁 love the cgv cinema (its the only one blitz at surabaya) the food tenant is quite attractive. The place is clean. But still Need to add more tenant ..

A not so crowded place to hang out with friends. Totally good to watch cinema at cgv, and you must try Pandora it's like a place to play a few kind of game with friends or girlfriend.

Another cozy place for shopping & hangout with family or friends. The location is in downtown, easy to access and perhaps not in heavy traffic spot. The visitors are not too crowd here, even in weekend. So we find the parking space for our car easily. Some of big tenants here are lottemart, cgv movie studio, sport station, excelso, kfc, j.co, as well as Mandiri atm's with many machines. Unfortunately the praying room (musholla) are too small.

Great place to hang out and watch movies.
there are a lot of food stalls that's worth trying here.
CGV is my most favorite cinema and reason to go here. there are Lotte Mart, Ace hardware, 369 canteen, KFC, J.CO, and many recommended food stalls here. and I like to shop for pants and shorts in their Andrew Smith

A new mall which always concerns in marketing using many interesting events, like meet and greet with some artists and local competition/performance. But what I like the most is the CGV Blitz which shows movie that not always being performed in other cinema.

One of new mall in surabaya. As others mall you can find restaurant, shopping shop, cafe, cinema, mart, fashion, and games.
For food court there are many selection outlets restaurant and many kind of type foods. But i think the food court not recommend, i prefer go to others restaurant which open in marvel city mall.
For lotte mart is complete for our daily necessary, from snack, skin care, fruits, bath needed, beef, fish and many more.
