Nice FO staff, fair price, spacious room, but the towel little bit stinky for 2 nights. Many food variant for the breakfast.

Very satisfied with this hotel, it's actually well above my expectations considering their inexpensive price. The breakfast was yummy with various range of choices, the room is comfortable and the service was great too (we could pay for our laundry at check out). I ordered room service from their restaurant and the food was delicious with reasonable price. The only thing I wish were different is their location, but I definitely will stay here again should I visit Surabaya in the future.

Located not too far away from the city center. Amazing well-maintained room. Valet parking is available if you brought your own vehicle. Absolutely amazing breakfast with lots of choice from local to western, and it's free. Solid Hotel for the price. Highly recommend !

Visit here for Iftar with my colleagues. So many choices of dishes, ranging from pastries, ice cream, snacks, main dishes and salads. The place and service are very good, the atmosphere is also very comfortable.

Reasonable price. The room is clean and quite spacious. Prompt response towards complaint.

Breakfast spread is much. This will cause lots of food waste.

They have excellent service. I never found such their service even in an expensive hotel. We came at night and we ordered food from outside using online service. We borrowed their plates, spoons, etc.. and the receptionist offered us to wait our food and the plates at room. When we checked out the receptionist offered us to manage our car, so we just need to wait in the lobby. Their breakfast was good for such a three star hotel. They managed the covid protocol very well. The only thing that is not that perfect is their room quite small. Overall I was really happy staying there with their great hospitality, we were treated as important guest, and they very initiative to help everything and make it easy.

The hotel is located in a strategic location and close to the center of the crowd. I stayed in deluxe size rooms which was not spacious, just enough to fit all your belongings. All facility were well maintained. Room is quite and clean. You need to bring the kettle inside the room and fill with the water through the dispenser in the hallway of your room. WiFi in the rooms is quite fast for fair browsing. All staff were nice. They have many variations for breakfast and it were tasty. I think the only improvement they need is the parking area which is really limited.

All good. Room, service, and the location. It is near to airport, plaza and my workplace, sure because it place located at margorejo close to the hotel. Surprisingly, the breakfast is available with lot of dishes and beverages. Worth it.

This is the first hotel I stayed for business after a long travel break due to the pandemic. This review might not represent their full service capability. Five stars comes from the room cleanliness and variety of breakfast that I find it’s worth paying for.

They haven’t opened the gym yet, this is I always look for when staying in a hotel. They provide water dispenser on each corridor, and large mug in the room. So no more bottled water in the room.

We stayed one night in an executive room. Our company were three adults and two children aged 8 & 10. The executive room has a king bed, one sofa bed and a large desk. The bed was superb, the room itself was large and still comfortable for our big group of 5. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks quality sleep and comfortable rest. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. No swimming pool but thankfully we only stayed for our flight the next day so the kids didn't even bother to ask for it.

Great service from the staff. The room is spacious and modern. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with tons of options and each of them tasted great.
