Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The hotel’s strategic location on the main route through Surabaya makes it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
Breakfast at Trimurti is excellent with a wide selection of local and international fare. The restaurant also has a great ambience.
Kudos to the entire team for their warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction!

Staying here for work trip. Breakfast was good, there are many food choices and the taste is good. Thanks to Mrs Citra and the team at the restaurant for the service.
Do note the hotel is still under renovation and some facilites are affected. Room itself is clean and comfy well maintained for its age.

I book a non smoking room , but when i entered the room..very bad of smell of tobacco (room 231). Not longer I complaint about the situation, the hotel upgraded my room to Suite Room that very comfortable to stay. (Room 816).

Room is a bit small especially the bathroom, but since we got connecting rooms, it felt a bit more spacious in the bedroom.

One of the fridge should definitely be checked beforehand though because it won't turn on, but it's okay since we got another fridge in the other room. The room keycard also fail sometimes, but the staffs readily helped us out everytime.

Location is good, it's in central Surabaya, so everything are closeby. Church, McDonalds, convenience store, and mall, reducing transportation budget and time.

Basically, a good place with affordable price.

Food is good and the service is excellent. My friend dropped her phone into the restaurant sofa and the restaurant manager, instead of being angry or upset, managed to comfort us all from being panicked by throwing jokes here and there, and sucessfully retrieved her phone with the help of the mechanic staff, without making so much fuss or destroying said sofa.

For room condition need to improve or repair especialy shower ..... not functioning well..and bathroom accesories example toothbrush

Family holidays with young children. Location at city center. The staff very helpfull and very nice.
Room needs more effort to make it clean, esspecially for toilet.

The service and attitude of the staff are professional and friendly, the rooms and environment are clean, i like the food n coffee in the coffeeshop.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice place and nice swimming pool. The gym is a bit outdated but still good enough for a quick session. Parking in front of the hotel is very convenient. We had a good stay here for two days.

The great service and hospitality provided by all the staff, especially from the front office team. We celebrated my sister’s birthday here and it was so amazing, the welcoming staff and the personalized room decoration brought a joyful vibes for me and my family.

Great hotel to stay when you visiting surabaya. Close to city centre. The service is good. The staff is kind and very polite. The hotel rent bicycle for idr 25k/4 hours. The food is good. The room is clean. Amenities available by request.
One complain is blower in my bathroom doesn't work.

Good service and location

Nice hotel. The facilities are very cozy. The room with double bad is even enough for 4 people. The bathroom offers an enjoyable bath experience. The breakfast is served at 6-11 a.m. They are various and tasty. The kids may have some cereals with fresh milk.

Beberapa kali meeting d sini. Good service and comfy place. Strategic location and they also have great coffee break variant.
