Nice hotel overall, it has strategic location near Tunjungan, right at the heart of Surabaya, with very reasonable price. The thing is the room and hotel interior looks quite old, but the room is very clean, and it also has small bathtub for you to relax. Breakfast was good, it has some selection of Indonesian and Western food, and the taste also doesn't disappoint me. I don't remember I can find any smoking area near the lobby so I think you have to go outside if you smoke. There's lounge in the second floor to hang out and had some wine or cocktails, and it's not packed out so it feels more private.

This hotel is a great place to have a short vacaton because this hotel had a great room.The price is worth it too. There is a pool, a gym, a comfortable bed, a nice looking bedroom. I had been there 3 times when i went there that was the best vacation that I had.The service that they had it's also really good the staff is so nice. I recommend this hotel for you who want to have a short vacation. THANK YOU

Love this well priced hotel. Although the tv and stereo is outdated 6 years. Room service food is good and room are really big and comfortable. I will come back again.

It's okay comparing with the price. The location is at the center of Surabaya, many convenient places around, such as Mc Donald, Tunjungan plaza, Gramedia Expo can be reach by walking

All perfect room, service, breakfast, facility, location, price, except you need to upgrade your room TV, a bit old and small

Good location, good place, good price & good staff. The room is clean, the food is delicious & the staffs are nice & helpfull. In front of the hotel u can buy local snacks. Not far from the hotel u can go to the famous mall.

nice hotel, I had difficulty taking the elevator to the parking lot, apparently there is a special elevator and not all of them have access to the basement

Overall for service and location verry good, but for room i think need some improvement, hand towel dirty, some of bottle soap didn't operate well

This is the hotel where I stayed while staying in Surabaya after stopping by Bromo Volcano.
This hotel is located in the heart of Surabaya.
When I enter hotel, from the entrance lobby, I can feel cool with beautiful decorations in a spacious space.
Reception staff are friendly and check-in is very easy. As I checked high floor at the time of reservation, I was assigned a room on the upper floor.
The rooms are very spacious and clean, everything is well organized, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and even a bathtub. Wireless Internet, mini bar, TV, etc. seem to be okay. However, the lack of electric outlets for charging is inconvenient.
For breakfast, Indonesian and international dishes are available at the restaurant.
Tunjungan Plaza is nearby, so it is very convenient for shopping.
There are Dutch buildings such as Surabaya Square nearby, so you can take a walk while looking at the wonderful buildings.
This hotel is recommended for those who want to stay in Surabaya.

Good service, clean room, and lots of breakfast choices. Not to mention the non-smoking executive lounge on level 25 was awesome with the complimentary coffee and cakes.

The room was spaciously big and cozy too. The bed was large and comfy. The bathroom was so big and not to mention the bathtub for your relaxation under the warm water. The air conditioner was pretty good too.

We have been to this hotel for 3 times and we have never been disappointed.

Very good hotel for the family trip. It's located in the very heart of Surabaya, very close to the famous tunjangan plaza. We were in the hotel during the Halloween season. Kids loves it.

Location is great, walking distance to some restaurants and a big mall, but they offer a shuttle to the mall as well
