JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya

JW Marriott become my favourite hotel in Surabaya. Definitely will come back to this hotel, not only for works, but also for vacations with my family! The staff is amazing, especially the room staff who ready to help me when i have a room issue. The food is amazing too! Especially the night discount in Surabaya Baking Company.

This was our first stay at JW Marriott. One of our family members recommended us to stay there due to the excellent services. The recommendation was not wrong.

Since our arrival, we have been treated above our expectations. Our breakfasts, lunch and dinner experiences were always wonderful. They were attentive and anticipated our needs.

The housekeeping was great as well. Our room has been kept clean throughout our 5 nights stay. The team did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable in our room.

The doormen, security guards and front desk were all welcoming and friendly.

We will definitely come back again and we are sure that our next stay will be enjoyable as well. We hope to see the familiar faces again.

An exceptional hotel and very friendly staff working here.
Me and my colleagues had such a great time staying here for over a week. The staff remembered our names and always greeted us with a smile everyday, made us feel so welcomed.
The breakfast buffet was great with heaps of different local and international options. The dinner buffet is just as nice with again lots of options to choose from.
Swimming pool is great on level 4 and a nice place to watch the sunset. The spa, jacuzzi and gym are quite large with seperate areas for men and women.
I would strongly recommend to stay here again 👍🏻👍🏻

classic 5 star hotel in surabaya, service was top notch.
famous for their restaurant, the breakfast was unlike any other. all dishes were of high quality ingredients made by professional chefs. definitely recommend for the high end budget.

A special thanks to Johan at breakfast, Sujito and his friend for room service, who looked after us while we were staying at the hotel. All the staff were excellent but these people mentioned sprung to my mind.
Breakfast was the best I have had in Indonesia which came with good variations and different tastes to try using good quality food.
For sure the price for the room is slightly higher than the other hotels but this price comes with a high quality and standard which is well worth the price. For sure we will return when visiting Surabaya. Thank you.

I am pleased to write the review of my pleasant stay at the JW Marriot in Surabaya.
The nicest part for me was their food, so that's a plus. I really appreciate it. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
The room suffers from inadequate ventilation, unfortunately. I think they should check whether all the amenities have been provided since I didn't find the razor. Being a foreigner, I had to visit the convenience store and buy it myself. Although it may seem trivial, it is critical to a guests from other countries.

Room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. They provide you a welcome cake on the table the first day of you checked in and it's good. They have iron, ironing board, hairdryer and bathrobes. Too bad the tub is not in its best condition anymore, the drain is broken so you can't have a full level of water there if you want to use it.
The menu on the breakfast was also gold, it has bunch of varieties you can taste. Even though I only ended up taking basic menu's, but it's nice to see.

I have been visiting this hotel couple of times for business trips. The location is very strategic.
The highlight is the staff friendliness. Ibu Dilla, the receptionist staff was very nice and accommodative to the guest request. She helps alots during room changes and do the extra miles.
Overall, it's goods experience and definitely will recommend to my office colleagues.

This is one of the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Service, staff, food, cleanliness. Staff is very polite and always willing to help - lobby, kitchen, sauna, swimming pool- everyone! Impressed with the variety, quality of the food and ambiance of the executive lounge - a bit pricey but worth the money

Last weekend, I had a great stay in the hotel. The hotel has a very excellent room, service, amenities, and delicious food. The air conditioner is so good, we were freezing. Unfortunately, we couldn't seek refuge because the blanket didn't give any warmth. I also was disappointed when the amenities weren't fully replenished for my second night stay.

Located in the heart of surabaya, nice 5 stars hotel as expected from Marriot group. The service is awesome. Even though sometimes it costs a little high, it is all worth the money

It was a great time to staycation with my family here & we were checked in 2 rooms 621-620, but sadly the AC in room 620 one isn’t cool like in the other room. We called for the AC maintenance guys last night, they came in but they couldn’t help much so that we’ve got offered to move to another room. Hope that they could do something with the AC in the room 620 for real. Cause that time I was very happy they could gave us rooms that next to each other as we requested the very first time we checked in but in the end me and my son had to moved quite far from my parents room.
Overall the main facilities like the pool and kids room are my son’s favorite!
Breakfast also awesome!

Best 5 stars hotel with a price of 4 stars! The service is excellent, very attentive crew full of smile. The room is spacious with large glass window open up to Surabaya city view.

Sound proof bedroom, nice hot shower with bathtub and full set of amenities, great location, 5 min walking distance to Pasar Tunjungan and Tunjungan Plaza.

The lobby lounge also has live music on weekends. Perfect place for meet up and chill. All with the price of 1.1 juta Rp. Worth the price!

I had this amazing brunch at The Uppercut resto at JW Marriott Surabaya. Top notch steak alongside with free flow cocktails anda desserts.

Nice place to stay for our business trip with family. Just walk about 500 metres and then you can reach Tunjungan Plaza Mall Surabaya. Near this hotel, you can find out many restaurants.

Located in the heart of Surabaya. Close to Tunjungan Plaza and many food to try across the hotel. The breakfast was exquisit. Many kind of food origin. Asian, western, Indonesian, japanese. There was even ice cream. There was tanamera Coffee if you want single/double shot espresso. The service was great. In the morning, the housekeeping staff will come to your door and ask if you need anything. Best hotel i've ever stayed in. Very recommended

I came here to attend my friend's daughter's engagement party. The ballroom was gorgeously decorated and the food was fingerlicking delicious 😋. It was a great experience !

Very much plus from Dishes to Beverages, from Breakfast to Desert, from Pool to The Room. They got enough gym, jacuzzi, sauna, very nic.
