We stopped by this mosque during our journey back to the town from Jogja. Located on the main street of Jogja-Solo this mosque has spacious parking area. This grand mosque has lots of facilities that people need for praying. It has two floors, the first floor is for wudhu area, there is fish pond also, the second floor is used for praying only.

This is my first time visiting the great mosque of Al-Aqsa Klaten which is located on the main street of Jogja-Solo. Along with the activities of the Holy Month of Ramadan 1443 H this great mosque there are many activities and events during this holy month.

The area of ​​this great mosque consists of two main buildings, namely a mosque with a building area of ​​2000 square meters and a viewing tower with a height of 35 meters which is designed and the ornaments of this great mosque are typical of the middle eastern style which is dominant in gold and yellow colors with large and sturdy tube pillars. In the main part of this great mosque for worship, it consists of three main floors with functions;

- The 1st floor for ablutions for Muslims and Muslim women, storage of goods, bathrooms / toilets, libraries, multi-purpose hall, etc.
- The 2nd floor is the main facility or room for worship with the imam's pulpit and the congregation with a capacity of around 3000 worshipers
- The 3rd floor is also a place of worship to accommodate worshipers if the 2nd floor is full.

The Al-Aqsa Great Mosque is very friendly to people with disabilities, including access to disability-friendly buildings, lifts/elevators, and special rooms for ablution and bathrooms.

Great mosque in center of Klaten city. Full of facilities and very nice place for spending the time with family. There is a water fountain with fish therapy. High tower with full of color at night, and huge field for play ground for children. Parking lot also very huge, so the big buses can parking there.

Very clean and well maintained mosque. Located in the center of the city and ia considered to be the largest mosque in Klaten district. There is also gate for difable.

Deserved Great Mosque title for being the only notable landmark in Klaten. It guarantee great praying experience, while admiring the architecture style. Several spot could be improved, but overall, well done.

Beautiful. The mosque is really beautiful and huge. No long waiting when wudhu because there are two places of it (for the women) I only can said wow because how beautiful the design was. They also cared much about the outer design, the water fountains, and they also have a fish therapy pool.

A Great Mosque in Klaten Regency. Strategic place and easy to find it. One of iconic building in Klaten Regency. Have a beautiful architecture. For praying everyday and Islamic event sometimes also akad for marriage. Usually became a rest area because have large parking area. You can enjoy this place after ashar prayer, because not too hot in afternoon.

Nice place to do moslem prays. The mosque is very big, clean n comfy for visitors. The waters for wudhu are cleans and cools. Outside the mosque you can find few snack or drink sellers with an affordable price. Nice place to visit ^~^

A place of worship which is very convenient, facilities for disabled people are also available. Around the mosque there are many food vendors and a shopping center which is very helpful to newcomers.

Beautifully decorated, lets say its 9/10 for the exterior and 9/10 for the interior, because nothing perfect.. got ya.
