As soon as you entered the lobby, you will be welcomed by a good service receptionist that will help you check in into your rooms. Second time self-registration is needed. Just input your name, email, phone numbers and your ID Card photo. The room provided has quite a range, just ask what you need and they will help you find your most suitable room. There are no bellboy, so you should carry your luggages by yourself ;)
There are also lots of facilities such as restaurant, spa and massage, swimming pool, gym, etc.
The room is quite pleasant to see after a long journey. Clean and neat bedroom, lots of choices of beverages you could make in the room. All light function perfectly. The bathroom has built in shower, amenities, and a seated toilet.
The room chilled quite fast so there is no problem with the AC.
It was a pleasant and rejuvenating stay here! I love it. Thank you!

First time have a dinner at FaveHotel Karawang with my friend. The restaurant so clean and tidy, the food was good especially for potato gratin so delicious. All staff are kind and very welcoming. Thanks for Mr. Irvan for excellent service. Hope I can go back again to have a dinner in this hotel for the next time. Thank you

In my opinion, the hotel is good in terms of service & cleanliness, but I think there is something that needs to be reduced, namely the temperature of the air conditioner in the room, because it is too cold & needs to be increased a little. :)

Fave hotel is my fav hotel, having a good services from the receptionist, house keeper and breakfast. The room is clean as well, and all staff are friendly. Thank fave thank Nay also..
